“We used The Family Tree hotel/b&b as a stop over on the way to Bath. The place was superb… very clean, good facilities in the room, with a hearty and delicious breakfast. The off street parking in also very convenient. Additionally the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Thx for a lovely stay”

“I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”

You soon will get to know everyone’s name a they will remember yours; it’s the little things that set a small country Inn apart from the bigger and soulless enterprises. Check-in was easy and, although we originally planned to stay for a couple of days, we were made so welcome, decided to stay for two more. “There was little or no noise from the pub. The only noise near my room was other guests arriving and departing. Parking was no problem. Staff were very pleasant and, due to them, I was able to get my head down in good time as I had been up all the previous night. This was followed by a very sound night's sleep. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for me (cereal and toast). The evening meal I had booked was again perfectly satisfactory. For my one night's stay, the experience was fine. ”
