“The condo was as described in the listing. It was simple and clean. It’s in a convenient location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other beaches and activities. We would do it again if given the opportunity!”

“Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

“We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautifully decorated well stocked home, wide open kitchen & living room, great amenities. Washer & dryer and A/C in every room was a real plus. Close to town & shops. A real shame trees too overgrown to really see the water from the balcony, would have been nice to enjoy. Homeless nearby never bother. Overall pleasant stay”

“Host was very prompt with responses to questions throughout the entire process. House was extremely clean and had everything needed to cook and enjoy the multiple lanais while watching the sun go down with a cocktail in hand. Plenty of space to spread for our group of three couples or to be together in a common living room. Lots of stairs, but well lit and worth every step. Would definitely recommend for adults looking for a quality place to explore the island!”

“We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended.”

“My wife and I, along with our oldest son (19 years old) stayed at this property last week for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it. The owners were easy to communicate with and did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond!! The location is great and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk down the hill. It wasn't crowded and my wife and I could literally watch our son boogie board from the back porch of the home. Lot's of good restaurants...
