There is AC in the bedroom if you leave the door open, It will sort of cool off the living area as well, which was nice because it was a little warmer than usual the week we were here with a high humidity!I don’t think for the price you could beat the location or the amenities. Owner was always responsive and if we come back, we’d stay here again. Had some great amenities even beach chairs, which we didn’t need, but it’s great to see them there. Nice cooking...

“What is not to love about this place! Walking distance to the coconut marketplace, a pool with a bar and a killer happy hour from 3-6pm, walking distance to hukilau lanai, beautiful path to walk along the beach, so close to sleeping giant hike and other attractions - we LOVED it here!! The room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had so many useful amenities. We can’t wait to come back!!”

“Great location as we didn't want to get a rental car, nicely equipped, it is convenient to restaurants and breweries, a short uber to major stores and airport. This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa. ”

“My boyfriend and I loved staying here for 2 weeks. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was clean, attractive, and comfortable, and the surrounding resort is gorgeous and well maintained. We accidentally locked ourselves out a few times, and the front desk and maintenance were prompt and attentive with getting us back in.
