Thoughtfully remodeled from top to bottom, this bright and airy space features quartz and marble countertops, a modern walk-in shower, a new split AC system, and a front-loading washer and dryer for added comfort.

    Located on the second floor, the condo offers tranquil views of the neighboring freshwater lagoon from the open great room and the private lanai, furnished with comfortable seating. Start your mornings in the elegant kitchen, perfect for preparing island-inspired breakfasts before heading out to explore.

    Just steps from the golden sand, this is an ideal home base for beach lovers seeking relaxation, convenience, and coastal beauty. Please note: guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities.



    What's Nearby

    You'll be only three miles north of Lihue Airport, five miles northeast of Costco and Safeway for all of your grocery needs, and perfectly positioned for day trips both north and south. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course only one mile south, or hop in the car for a day in sun-splashed Poipu (16 miles southwest) or beautiful Kilauea (21 miles northwest). Please note: guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities.

Great location between north and south side of the island, able to pick a side and not have to drive the whole island back and forth. Spacious nice and has AC perfect for four people. Sheet were a little scratchy might be uncomfortable if you don’t like firm beds

The condo was absolutely lovely very clean, well decorated, and had every amenity that you might think you would need. The air conditioning worked great. The pool was very refreshing clean and nice to cool off for the day. I would highly recommend the condo beds were comfy, and the condo itself was very roomy.

Very nice stay

The apartment was perfect for our stay and was priced reasonably. Ocean was just a two minute walk away and other activities were within 15. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was fantastic, which made exploring super convenient. The property itself was spacious and very clean, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and spread out. The AC units worked well which allowed us to stay cool in every room. The pool area was a highlight—absolutely loved spending time there! However, the beds were not as comfortable as we’d hoped, which made for some restless nights. Also, while the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, it lacked basic essentials like salt and pepper.

We had a very nice stay. There was a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival, the property was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The beach has a great sunrise view.

Great unit. Great location, but everything is close on Kauai!

Had a great time on our first trip to Hawaii. Resort is just north of Lihue, but out by itself. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, and things to do without feeling like just one big resort complex. On-site restaurants and amenities were fantastic. Central Air made this August trip very comfortable.

Beautiful Kauai Condo

We loved the condo! We rented it with another couple and it was perfect. Great beach access and we used the pool at the resort. They have chairs, boogie boards towels etc. great little patio where you can sit and see the mountains in the background. Close to Kapa'a which has lots of restaurants and shops and not too far from Hanalei

Great beach villa for the family!

We loved the location and ease of access. The condo was fully equipped and very welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed. Amenities of the property were wonderful and added to our enjoyment! We will definitely return.

Great place in middle of Kauai

The condo unit is newly remodeled, and has everything you need for your stay - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer and ample beach supplies. Its 5 minutes from airport and basically if you go south you hit Poipu and go North, you can get to Princeville/Hanalei. Added perk is the use of the resort pool next door!

Home Away From Home

This was my first time using and staying at a Vacasa property. I enjoyed my stay very much. It included everything my group needed, including a cooler, beach towels, boogie boards, and much more. The kitchen is also well equipped to prepare anything meals. I would totally stay here again when I come back to Kaua’i!

Nice condo with beach access

Great clean condo with use of beach chairs, mats and towels. Nice thoughtful touch of providing sunscreen and insect repellent. Attached to resort so access to pools and beach.
