We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. “Great house, great views, loved the sheep. Only issue is house was described (and shown in map) as being very close to Tralee when in reality it is about 45 minutes from Tralee. That meant we faced a fair amount more driving than we expected. Otherwise, all was good.”

“This was a wonderful property. One of the best we can recall particularly for the price. Usually the photos are misleading in the case it was the opposite. It’s a wonderful open property with horses and sheep and rabbit on a beautiful tree lined driveway entrance.Martha was very gracious and were very grateful we had the opportunity to stay there.”

Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. “Very cute accommodations in a very rural farming community (read as lots of cows around). Not many places to eat, nowhere opens before 11:30a so breakfast is on you. No beach access as pictured but it is a wonderful "base" if your plan is to drive Western Ireland / Wild Arlantic Way Tubridy's Pub (across the street) was wonderful and welcoming!”
