Unit was clean with all appliances, linen, furniture in good condition. Staff was professional and helpful. I had no problems with the unit or staff. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

This was a great decision on my part to select this property. Check‑in was easy, and when I walked in, the place looked great — clean, well-maintained, and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The only issue I’d mention is that the rugs could use washing or possibly replacing. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in NH.

The accommodations were exactly what I was expecting, clean and spacious. All the staff were friendly. The pools and hot tubs were aplenty. I like that this place is just a couple minutes from downtown Lincoln. Definitely in consideration for a future stay!

The property was a little dated but very clean. Staff friendly at check in. When I booked it the description was a little vague but when we got there we found that it was very adequate for our needs. We did not use the pool or exercise equipment in the main lodge so I can't give any opinion on that. There is no maid service but if you need anything the front desk can get it for you. When you are getting ready to check out, linens and towels have to be placed in laundry bags provided and all garbage needs to be taken out. Full printed instruction are given at check in.

We stayed in an accessible unit. I think that we stayed in bldg 8. And the amenities in the unit were perfect. We enjoyed the balcony. But be careful with the slider door. You may get locked out! It seems that the attached security bar falls ,between the door and can lock you out! Be careful to check your slider before closing it.

The place was very nice, very clean, spacious, excellent pools, gym, grill, playground for the kids. Everything great. Just a brown young lady whose host the pool side and gym she should be more polite and sweet with the guest specially with kids. Except it. Everything was great.

I would just like to say that I’ve been coming to New Hampshire especially the Lincoln area for about 10 years and this is my favorite spot that we’ve stayed in. I think this will be me and My Husband‘s new favorite place and we will be coming up more often. The resort was so clean. I love the grilling area. My room was right on the corner close to the pool with a beautiful view of the mountain. I also love that the property has so many pools on the premises. The staff was very friendly. I love the condo style apartment. We were able to buy our own food and cook it there. That’s a big savings. We would definitely stay again.
