Encaramado en lo alto de una ladera orientada al oeste, nuestra casa unifamiliar de la unidad final, recientemente renovada, ofrece vistas espectaculares de la montaña Loon. Barbacoa en la cubierta a medida que brindar por la puesta de sol sobre el monte Moosilauke o reloj como esquiadores tallan rechaza Loon Mountain. Esta casa es perfecta para familias y parejas. Communications could not have been better with the owners. The place was great for 4 adults. There is also a very cool loft bedroom that we think kids would love.Although we ate most meals out, the kitchen was very well stocked with whatever we needed.Beautiful views of Loon Mountain from the deck, master BR and living room.There is a TON to do in the area, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities.We didn't need heat or A/C during our stay, so no comment on them.Internet access was easy with fast service.A great place to stay.

The property owners were so easy to communicate with and thought of all the details from check-in to check-out. The space was clean and well stocked. The additional use of the swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and playground was a huge perk.

Wonderful Hosts/Great space

My family (wife, two kids). Had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old as they loved sleeping in the loft and having essentially 4 floor to play on. We were pleasantly surprised to see the two bedrooms were in their own spaces so we could mix up sleeping arrangements (if kids were distracted by each other). The view from the deck was fantastic. And above all the hosts were amazing! Checking in to see if we were all set and sent details about the property that left no guess work. These are very nice people!

Lovely appointed condo - very cozy yet lots of space to spread out. On a rainy day, you can still enjoy the mountains with excellent views from the living room. Perfect location for hiking locally. There's even a hike that begins within the complex. We used it as home base for hikes to Lonesome Lake, Aratruthsa Falls, the Basin and Cascade trail and a visit to the Flume.

So Cozy

The townhouse was excellent. Cozy spot with great views and minutes from Loon Mountain and town. Jeff was readily available to answer any questions and made check in/check out a breeze. Will definitely stay there again.

We Always Have A Great Stay!

This is our.....fourth stay? at Jeff's place. We absolutely love it every time. If you haven't been yet, you'll be blown away by the views of Loon from North Peak all the way over to South Peak. The pictures posted do not do the actual view justice. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. A short 25 yard walk to the Bus stop gets you to the base lodge in about 5 minutes. We love it and can't wait to go back again. Thank you Jeff!

Christmas Kickoff Weekend

Great location. Kicked off my families Christmas season with a train ride to Santa followed up by a tree lighting in Waterville Valley (30 min ride). Jeff was great to deal with, let us know we could get there early if we wanted on check in day and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going well!

Great Location

Came here on a fall foliage trip through the White Mountains and the Kancamagus Highway. Terric location! Beautiful view and not overcrowded like some of the other resorts. Clean with great amneties. We would stay here again without a doubt. Great for families.

Fun family getaway!

This is a great condo and was perfect for our 3 night getaway with our family of 6! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements for every, a well stocked kitchen, and awesome views! We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon and with some warm fall weather we swam both outside and inside multiple times! Close to restaurants and area attractions like biking at Loon, the gonodla rides, many nearby 4k+ ft mtns to hike, and some great NH state parks lile the Basin and Flume Gorge. A perfect family getaway before colder weather arrives!
