“It was great but the “house” was not entirely what we expected. It was a duplex in a neighborhood with many, many more duplexes but that being said, it was quiet and close to downtown. We really enjoyed our visit to Charleston. The property was clean and well kept. Could use a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room but we weren’t really there to hang out too much at the property. For the price and location, it was a great place. We enjoyed ourselves.”

“Overall the house was nice and very clean. Location to King Street is excellent. We were in town for a concert a Music Farm which was easily walkable. Right now there is a lot of construction near the home and it is quite noisy. We could also hear the guests walking loudly in the unit above us.”

The kitchen is spacious and has nice appliances, but is not super well stocked if you plan to do any meals there, and the pots and pans and utensils that are there have seen better days. The home was neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes and cookware. Washer and dryer allowed us to limit how much clothes we had to bring. Nice stay.
