“Fantastic location and the hot tub was actually hot and conveniently located to room. We didn't get the correct text about our room. It was missing the door code to our actual room. Staff helped us sort it out. They were very helpful and friendly. Our favorite staff was Duncan who greeted us with wags. We made sure to say goodbye to him when we departed. (Yes, he's a dog)”
