Step inside to a warm and inviting living space featuring two comfortable couches with electric footrests and built-in charging ports, a cozy electric fireplace, and stylish furnishings throughout. The downstairs area also includes a dining space for four, a wall desk for remote work, and multiple seating options to unwind after a long day.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine with ease, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Guests are welcome to enjoy any pantry items available during their stay, adding an extra touch of convenience. There is a fire extinguisher and fire blankets.
Upstairs, you’ll find an additional living area with a large 65” TV, a spacious sectional sofa with a pull-out queen bed, and a standing desk—ideal for both entertainment and productivity. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen-sized beds, ample storage, and extra linens, while additional sleeping options such as air mattresses are available if needed.
This home also features a chair lift for added accessibility (please note - the lift has a self charging battery but only works if the chair faces the wall), a laundry room with washer and dryer, and is professionally cleaned to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with a security system and water leak sensors.

A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked in the driveway.
Street parking is strictly prohibited. The HOA is actively enforcing parking regulations, and violations may result in fines or towing.
Visitor parking is for 8 hours only and will be towed after 8 hours.
The quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
Please be respectful and do not walk across other neighbors lawns.
If house rules are broken, it could result in a fine and/or eviction.
Please strictly follow all HOA and property rules during your stay. Garbage containers must not be placed on the front porch or in visible common areas. Street parking is not permitted at any time, and guests must use designated parking spaces only.

If there are dishes, pots, pans, or other kitchen items you prefer not to use, please do not discard them. Kindly place them in a box and store in the garage or pantry.
Inventory Includes:
Emergency blankets (2) and fire extinguisher (on kitchen island), blender, large crock pot, 2 small crock pots, tea pot, electric kettle, storage containers, 5 storage bins, unopened sauces and oils, spices, 2 vases, drink pitcher, salad spinner.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with nonstick pots and pans, silverware (set for 8), glassware (including wine glasses for 8), complete dish sets, wine opener, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, baking dishes (in stove drawer), knife set (magnetic bar), cutting boards, baking sheets, toaster, and toaster tongs.
Laundry Room:
Washer and dryer available. Extra trash bags provided. Rolling shelf includes cleaning supplies (bleach tabs, stain remover, towels). Laundry closet contains broom, dust mop, mop and bucket, and additional cleaning storage.
If removing any items, please store them in the garage in a box.
Garage:
Includes ladder, locked toolbox, rolling cart, step ladder, 2 wall-mounted workbenches, and storage shelf. Chip boards available for hurricane preparedness. A nearby handyman is available for emergency assistance. Water sensors are installed for leak detection.
Security System:
CPI system with a doorbell camera monitoring the front door and driveway only.
Parking:
