  • Construida en una granja de 1880, esta casa de campo Treetop actualizada cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas pero con el encanto de un Bed & Breakfast.

    Sala de estar del dormitorio del rey más segundo dormitorio de la reina y baño. La sala de estar del dormitorio King tiene un sofá que se convierte en una cama tamaño queen, chimenea de gas, asientos cómodos, vista de las copas de los árboles e incluye un baño con bañera de hidromasaje para dos con ducha. El segundo dormitorio de la reina tiene una gran ducha, chimenea y servicio de café Keurig. Overall very nice property. I was surprised at how much VRBO charged for fees! That was not disclosed clearly. The estimate I received when I booked and what was ultimately charged to my card was over 50 more.

We loved our stay. The rooms were wonderful. And the outdoor patio setting was fabulous. The breakfast items were delicious. Our host was accommodating, gracious and simply the best. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Treetop Cottage is a unique, clean, and incredibly homey place to stay in Little Rock. It’s an older home with lots of character (and some squeaky floors!), featuring a beautiful patio with string lights and two friendly resident cats who greeted us upon arrival.The location is perfect—right near the highway and minutes from downtown attractions like Central High School, the State Capitol, and the Old State House Museum. Just keep in mind that the cottage requires climbing several uneven stairs, so it’s not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.The highlights of our stay were the incredibly comfortable beds (I slept so well!) and the brilliant breakfast system, where delicious menu choices are left in the fridge for you to heat and eat whenever you like. We had one small issue while there, but the host handled it quickly and satisfactorily. Would definitely stay again for a memorable and central trip!

Good morning, Stephanie!We just left your beautiful treetop cottage, and wanted to tell you what an amazing job you did with every detail making it quaint, welcoming and cozy. My son, daughter and I were very impressed… in fact, “blown away” by the whole experience and had everything we could have wanted. The pastries were such a nice touch, too! Thank you for your gracious hospitality.We will definitely recommend your property!

Weekend in Little Rock

Stayed with another couple and had a great time. The place was nice and clean with breakfast as a nice touch. The place was at a good location and close to things we wanted to do. Would stay again and do recommend a stay here if visiting Little Rock.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The space is small but incredibly charming, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We really appreciated all of the extra touches, including coffee, creamers, a pitcher of cold water in the fridge, and the breakfast ingredients that were provided. The breakfast was delicious and made our morning so easy.The two window air conditioners kept the space wonderfully cool—we actually got a little chilly at one point, which was a welcome surprise in the middle of the summer heat! The jetted bathtub was another highlight and made for a relaxing stay. It's clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome with all of the thoughtful amenities they provide.A few things to keep in mind: there is a flight of stairs to reach the cottage, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns may want to plan accordingly. The floors are a bit creaky, which made it a little challenging to keep our baby asleep, and the kitchen sink faucet was a little loose. None of these minor issues took away from our overall experience.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming getaway.

Cute and Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodations were just as advertised. Our host had the most fabulous breakfasts for us each morning! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook our own meals. The garden was adorable!

While it was clean and easy to access for humans it was difficult for dogs. There are a lot of wooden steps to go up and down and there is no grass on the property in the back. It’s all gravel and hard on the dogs. Have to walk to get to a potty area. Also, the listing said two bedrooms. There is only one bedroom. The king bed is in an open living room with the sofa bed. The only true bedroom with a door is the queen bed.

First time to Little Rock

Enjoyed the cottage and stay. Liked the decor and cleanliness. It is important to note that you are staying in an urban setting. Also the cottages are connected.

Very cute suite

My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience.

Family reunion

We really enjoyed the privacy and serenity of the accommodations. I loved the availability of the deck. It was so peaceful sitting outside away from distractions. We also enjoyed the pastry basket 😊.
