In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. “Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.”

“This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. The parking is perfect for my large family with many vehicles. I have already booked the property for next year. The only improvement needed is...

“This cottage is charming and quiet! Just lovely, bed was very comfortable and we were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh veggies which was such a welcoming touch! Located on a beautiful horse farm, very quiet and great for relaxing! Well appointed home and kitchen had everything we needed to eat in during a busy weekend competing at a local horseshow. ”
