“This was a perfect place for us. It is clean, easily accessible with flexible check in. The kitchen is well equipt. Our only issue was the laundary use. The time you are allowed to use it is 4pm to 8pm, which was when we were out. That said, they were flexible with us and let us use it for an extra hour. ”

“Very cute and comfortable house, in a very quiet, rural area, about 20-25 minutes from the Rio Celeste Waterfall Park entrance. Carol was absolutely amazing with communication, was very responsive and gave great restaurants and attractions suggestions. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“Overall- I recommend this place if you are comfortable with shared spaces and have a car. But when I booked this, I thought it was a local hotel room next to a waterfall. It is not, it's a separated room in the back of someone's house and the national park with the waterfall is 15 min away driving. “The family was very nice that owns this unit... but so, misrepresented... there is NO privacy... no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink... and the shower, turned only the hot water on, and it was never even warm. The front or back area lights did not work. It was down a very rough road to get to it. The family had 2 dogs and 2 kids ... the neighbors played loud music untill midnight on Friday night... again, the family was very nice but i would never rent there again, or refer anyone to...

“This place is easy to find...looks as in the picture...excellent for long stay. This is a safe area - gated community...very clean and excellent host...got very quick response for all the questions. Parking within the community. Nice view of the Arenal Volcano! Walking distance to the downtown! Highly recommend. We stayed for just 2 night - so didn't try the washer/dryer (we didn't see this either). ”
