Lovely hotel! Rooms really spacious, staff really friendly/helpful, lots to do surrounding the hotel, food in the bar was lovely! Breakfast cooked fresh and plenty to choose from

Lion Hotel and Studio Apartments
Excellent staff at hotel. Upgraded our room FOC due to incorrect details on booking site used. Very helpful and understanding. Great service at breakfast and evening restaurant. Lovely location in a nice quiet village

Macdonald Plas Talgarth Holiday Resort
Difficult to assess as visited in early March, so very much out of season. No hot food on premises. Swimming pool cool (heating issues) on the two occasions we tried, Steam room and jacuzzi were OK, Sauna was out of action. Pool Showers out of action on first visit.
