Welcome to our charming two-bedroom flat in St John's Wood. Ideal for 7 people, bedrooms have double beds and the living room includes two sofa beds (one double and one single). The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential cooking utensils. Basic cooking needs are also provided such as salt, pepper, oil and tea and coffee. The dining area seats six, ideal for enjoying meals or casual gatherings. The main bathroom includes a full bath, and there's an additional separate toilet room. Towels and fresh bed linens are provided for each guest, with extra cleaning services available upon request. Located in the fashionable St John's Wood district, the flat is just minutes from central London. Regent's Park and Hyde Park are within walking distance, offering beautiful outdoor spaces to explore. The neighbourhood is filled with boutique shops, cafés, and dining options. With nearby public transport stops, all of London’s attractions are easily accessible. The guests will have access to the whole flat. No space is shared with anyone else. We will be available 24/7 during your stay via Airbnb and our contact information. St John's Wood is home to the world's oldest cricket ground (Lord's Cricket Ground) and hosts games throughout the year. Regent's Park is home to the London Zoo and is one of the most popular parks in London (also a Royal Park). Regent's Canal is accessible via a two-minute walk away from the flat and connects to Little Venice, Camden Town, King's Cross, and Hackney. St. John's Wood High Street is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in London with its artisan cafes and famous restaurants. Little Venice, Edgware Road, and Warwick Avenue all have fantastic cafes and shops. They are all a short walk away from the flat. The closest Underground Stations are: - Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo Line) is less than ten minutes away on foot - Maida Vale (Bakerloo Line) and Edgware Road (Circle Line) are less than fifteen minutes away on foot Various buses stop very close to the apartment. The buses within two-minute walking distance are: - Bus number 6 goes to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Victoria - Bus number 46 goes to Camden Town, King's Cross, Holborn - Bus number 139 goes to Oxford Circus, Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq - Bus number 189 goes to Baker Street There is paid on-street parking available on St John's Wood Road next to the flat. You will need to climb two sets of stairs to reach the flat. There is no lift available in the building. The host will provide bedsheets, towels, and the essentials such as tea and coffee. Please inform us if you would like to use the sofa bed during your stay and use the bedsheets provided. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Please note that early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. To arrange early check-in or late check-out, please contact us at least a day or two before your arrival so we can confirm if it's possible for your stay ☺️ Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy: Please be aware that if guests check out late without prior notification, a fee of £50 per hour will apply. Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
