I would not recommend staying here.We had a really disappointing experience. After a long international flight, we couldn’t check in to the house as planned. there was no clear communication or timely response from the host, which left us stranded for HOURS and stressed. We had also pre-arranged a birthday welcome package that never showed up, which felt careless and added to the overall frustration. For the price and location, the lack of reliability and poor communication just isn’t worth it.

Great property but management company had issues

The property was in an excellent location and well equipped for our stay. We did have a few problems. The company agent was over an hour late to let us in. Fortunately, it was not raining as we had to stand outside. Apparently, he was sent to get a new lamp and got delayed. (The lamp was not needed, and he didn't bring a bulb anyway). There was only 1 set of keys, and we did not find out until checkout that there was a lockbox outside with another set. The shower drain was completely blocked with hair but was fine after we cleaned it out ourselves. The second day we found ants all over the kitchen and the management company decide we should wait 2 days for an amazon delivery of a spray which we would have happily picked up for ourselves if they had offered to reimburse us. Other than these issues we were happy with the apartment.
