Check in is tough do to the tight location of the lot box. If you have bad knees and/or are a large person, you can I’ll have troubles. No heat of hot water for first 2 days of our stay in the dead of Winter. Joivy, the property management service that operates the place, was extremely slow in addressing the issue and would not relocate my friend and I to another flat when the heat and hot water could not be fixed the first day. Communication from Joivy was poor. They could not even confirm the first or second day that after 2-3 visits by tech the heat and hot water were functioning. They kept asking me to return to the flat to verify.Recommend not booking this flat. Horrible experience all around.The one nice thing I can say is, Plimico is a good area to stay if looking for quieter home base while in London.
