El personal de recepción son terribles sabía que llevamos carreola y obvio maletas y nos dieron una habitación en el último piso y no tiene elevadores el tema es que las escaleras son de una casa antigua súper chiquitas que ni la maleta entraba y la ayuda nunca se vio lo bueno es que solo quede una noche para ir al aeropuerto al otro día y quedaba a corta distancia del tren

MUY SATISFACTORIO.
En esta ocasión fue solo una noche de estancia en el hotel, sin embargo tuvimos la misma sensación de que el hotel vale lo que pagas por el, estamos satisfechos por las facilidades de comunicación, transporte y acceso a diversos puntos de la ciudad desde el hotel y viceversa. La atencion del personal de recepción es MUY profesional, atenta y todos se esfuerzan mucho por hacer que tengas una excelente estadía. Gracias a ella y ellos por su extraordinaria atención y servicio.

Excelente ubicación!
Judd hotel es un hotel muy bien ubicado, muy bien comunicado y una zona muy segura. Hay estación de tren, Underground, autobuses, a menos de 500 metros caminando. Quizá la habitación muy reducida con un baño extremadamente pequeño para tres personas, pero finalmente utilizamos la habitación exclusivamente para dormir. El precio que hemos pagado es adecuado para lo que obtuvimos. Nuestra estancia fue bastante buena.

It's definitely not a bad stay if you're looking for a decent, hygenic place to sleep & have breakfast. But you have to be aware that everything is small in this hotel: the rooms, the aisles, etc. In my room you could hear what happened outside and in my case I was woken up early by rain on my last day which sounded like water pouring from buckets.

Basic, clean hotel in Bloomsbury, close to transport links. Plenty of food and drink options close by. Relatively cheap for London as well. We would stay here again.

Room are very small, much smaller than advertised. Front staff and chambermaids were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Internet didn’t work that well on the 3rd floor. Stairs were also difficult to navigate, extremely steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend this property. Other than that the location worked well for us.

I loved the location and setting of the hotel. My room overlooked the gardens at the front. Staff were lovely, single room very small but it was comfortable and restful, bed comfy. I will definitely stay again.

Location good, maintenance not so good. Ants found anfter a night around door and into room. Moth, dead, found between pillows. Could be much better but lets itself down a bit. Desk staff helpful and sorted new room after ants found

The staff was exceptional. I had questions and special a request for my husband. They were so accommodating I was so grateful for their responsiveness and their help! I would stay there again! And the breakfast was very good!

The room was fine if all you are doing is trying to sleep. It’s very noisy though with the sound of pipes and boilers and whatever else during the night made it hard to sleep. The room was tiny, not much bigger than the bed so I would only book it if you are literally sleeping there. The breakfast staff were rude. The way they acted you would have thought they were doing you a favour and not paying for a service.
