  • This stylish apartment in the heart of Bermondsey offers a comfortable and modern base for guests looking to experience London while enjoying a relaxed home-away-from-home. Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the flat combines contemporary interiors with generous living spaces, making it ideal for city breaks, work stays, or longer visits. Alongside the private terrace, guests can also enjoy access to a shared communal garden located within the building and reached through the podium on the first floor, offering a pleasant and quiet outdoor space away from the bustle of the city.

    The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the other offers a bath with an overhead shower. Situated on the fourth floor, the flat feels bright and airy, with well-designed spaces that allow guests to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort.

    Inside, the living area provides a welcoming place to unwind, centred around a comfortable sofa which also converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The dining area offers a dedicated spot to enjoy meals together or plan the day’s activities, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to make cooking easy and convenient. The two bedrooms are furnished with double sized beds, creating calm and comfortable spaces for a restful night’s sleep.

    The private terrace provides a lovely outdoor spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, while the communal garden accessed through the podium on the first floor offers additional outdoor space within the building where guests can relax or enjoy some fresh air. These outdoor areas make the apartment especially appealing for guests wanting both city convenience and a peaceful setting during their stay.

    Bermondsey is one of South London’s most characterful neighbourhoods, known for its mix of historic charm, creative culture, and excellent food scene. Once an industrial riverside area, it is now home to independent cafés, artisan bakeries, bustling food markets, and stylish restaurants. Guests can explore Maltby Street Market for local produce and street food, wander along Bermondsey Street for boutique shops and galleries, or enjoy scenic walks by the Thames Path with views across the river. The area perfectly balances a local village feel with easy access to central London attractions, making it a favourite for both visitors and locals.

    Food and drink are a highlight of Bermondsey, with options ranging from relaxed pubs to modern dining spots. Popular choices include The Ivy Tower Bridge and Browns Butlers Wharf for riverside dining, while traditional pubs such as Marquis Of Wellington and Dean Swift offer a classic British atmosphere with excellent food and drinks.     The closest underground station is Bermondsey tube station, served by the Jubilee line, providing fast connections to key areas such as Canary Wharf, Westminster, and Bond Street. London Bridge station is also not far away to the west and offers access to both the Jubilee and Northern lines, along with National Rail services for travel across London and beyond. With excellent bus routes nearby and easy connections to major attractions, the apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring everything the city has to offer.

    The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
