    * Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
    * City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
    * Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
    * No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
    The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
    Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.
    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
    We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com

Cute Row Home

My husband, two teen boys and I stayed here for 5 nights in August. We found the rental to be clean and really nice. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had plenty of space. The tube station was a two minute walk, although because of the location and having 4 people, it was cheaper for us to use Uber than the tube. The only issue we had was a lack of communication with the trash. It was unclear what to do with it, and when I emailed to ask, the (I believe) virtual assistant just copy and pasted what was in the website link they gave to us. There was no further clarification. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and we would stay here again.

This was the most dreadful experience I have ever had in many years of being both a vrbo host and guest. It started on arrival, the coldest day in London at the beginning of winter. We had to fetch the key a 10 minute walk from the apartment (lugging luggage) and when we entered the apartment, it was freezing cold and manifestly had not been heated for weeks. The management company (City Relay) was only contactable by WhatsApp and their responses consisted of "Our team is working on solving your problem." After a 2 and 1/2 hour effort to get heat and hot water functioning, we told the agency we were leaving for a hotel. The next morning the apartment was starting to warm, but only after my son managed to start the heat. Following this unpleasant start, we asked for blankets--the only ones on the beds were a thin summer duvet, the agency told us we would have an additional charge for blankets. By then, we knew that anything amounting to "comfort" or "customer service" was going to be non-existant. Next, the chairs in the dining area started to collapse and of 6 chairs, 3 were unusable. Agency response "the chairs can't be fixed and we will replace them." But of course, not during our stay. Other "minor" observations: 3 sofa throws were in the living room--soiled and dirty. The sofa had been damaged by cats' claws on the upholstery. My bedroom on the top floor had no heat. There were several high speed rail tracks 20 feet outside my window and trains ran non-stop.
