1. initially the hotel didn’t want to honor our reservation - „we don’t have rooms for 4 people“, even though that’s what I reserved
2. then the hotel didn’t give me the room keys - they just claimed they didn’t receive my deposit transfer.
3. I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm at the hotel, no mercy, they didn’t let me in. Even though I offered cash and credit cards to pay again for the deposit (which I had transferred already!)
4. It took them almost 2 weeks to refund the deposit.
