Great spot for a night or two in London. All the amenities needed provided. And flat was nice and clean. The only thing is room is a little small, couldn’t stay for more than couple of nights.

There have been some poor reviews on this property. I thought I’d give it a go as the location was great for work. The communication and check in was really easy, I received my code, clear instructions and got straight in. Love the decor and vibe. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean but a little aged, main thing is it was clean for me. Didn’t expect a full kitchen! The remote needed new batteries but again not a biggie and I forgot to feed that back. If you don’t mind a shared bathroom and toilet it’s a great priced place to crash for a solo traveller.

We had a wonderful stay at Rest Boutique in London. The space was beautifully designed, very well thought out, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the amenities were available and easily accessible. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local dining options. One of the highlights for us was having access to a washing machine in the middle of our trip, which was incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the excellent coffee provided in the room—a great way to start each day. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, combining comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Check in was not the most straightforward, whilst I understand the need for contactless check in at this type of property the pre check in and then the hassle of a guest portal was disproportionate for the simplicity of just gaining access. It was very noisy and even with windows closed (not ideal during a heatwave) it was still very noisy, it was not particularly clean and the communal areas mainly the bathroom were tired and in need of a deep clean. The kitchen was an added bonus and being a two minute walk from a tube station was great.

The good: decent price, great location, fridge and microwave in room, responsive hosts. The not so good: this is not really a hotel. There is no front desk, no staff on site, no luggage storage, not even a sign. The ensuite bath was tiny, nobody over 5’10”/200lbs would even fit in the shower.

Had a pleasant stay at Rest Boutique. Conveniently located steps away from the tube station and the Portobello market. Clean, well appointed Aparthotel unit with fresh linen and towels. Well-equipped kitchen available. Note: There is no front desk and check-in has a process. Instructions are clear though. Will book again. Thank you

When I first booked, I was offered a free upgrade and it was anything but that. The minute my husband and I arrived, the room was absolutely freezing. It was also marketed that we were staying in Notting Hill and we were not. There were no extra blankets and the bed was a full-size bed. That same night, the water was over flowing and not draining in the shower. The next day, maintenance came to look at the shower and the heat and as soon as we arrived back to turn on the shower, it was leaking towards electrical pipes. They moved us to a different flat that was much larger, however the floorboards were coming out, there were holes all over the walls, there were no latches for the back door and to kick it off, on one late night we were unable to open the door due to a malfunctioning handle. We contacted the hosts about everything and they were very apologetic. However, they said they would give us a refund and only refunded me for one night which is unacceptable. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anybody to either!
