La ubicacion y el estado general del apartamento es de autentico lujo. Si hay que buscarle una pega, es la ausencia de una mapara cerrada en las duchas.., pero lo demas de sobresaliente, un 10 sin duda.

Excellent stay in a very nice location! Apartment was clean and comfy. Small minus is that only one room had a bed where two adults can sleep comfortably - three other rooms had smaller beds. But everything was clean and the host replied very fast to all of my questions. Would definitely stay again with a smaller group!

My husband was having an operation at the Cromwell so absolute perfect location. Wonderful apartment - we even managed to extend our stay to have a day of convalescing in the apartment which was perfect. Made the most of the kitchen and lounge and was great.

Lovely location close to the underground and great pubs and restaurants. This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. So if you could send me prices for that please it would be much appreciated.

The 3bdrm apartment was fantastic! Plenty of room for our family with 5 adults, with 2 bathrooms/3 toilets. Great location and great price. A short walk to tube stations, shops, restaurants, groceries. Communication and assistance from managers was outstanding. The apartment was in excellent condition. I can't fault this place in any way. Thanks for a great stay in London!!

Great experience

My family and I had a great experience! The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The location was ideal, as everything you need is close by. We were within 2 minutes of the tube, great restaurants and supermarket (we cooked breakfast each morning), full kitchen came in handy. Staying on the first level can be a bit noisy as people are coming and going, but nothing to complain about. The TV remote needed new batteries, we bought some and left some for the next guest. Communication was excellent! response time was immediate, that was appreciated.I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again. My family and I thank you.

My family stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The property is 5 minutes walk from Earl’s station. The check-in instruction was thorough. We had no problem to check-in contactlessly. We were able to check-in earlier which was very helpful. The only down-side I can think of is the building’s sound proof may not be the best. We lived on the first floor. We could hear people talking in the hallway, or even people on the street at night. However, it didn’t bother us that much since we were tired and no problem to fall in sleep because of sightseeing London during the day. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We would recommend The Carlyle to anyone who travel with families.

Convenient location but not proper clean

Instead of 3 bathroom/ toilets mentioned in the website, it's in fact 2.5 bathroom. Apartment is not properly clean when they hand over to you. In my point of view, they just change beddings/ towlels, floor vacuum. Not properly clean in bath areas, sink as well as all the mirrors, tables. Blankets provided is too thin and without proper duvet covers. Hair could be found on the spare blanket in master bedroom. Location is good and convenient to travel to anywhere in London/ even Heathrow airport.

Stayed 2 wks at The Carlyle, it was great location...3min walk to Earl's Court Tube station. Nice apartment. Clean, comfortable place to return to after a long day in London having so much fun. Lots of nearby food choices from American fast food to great pubs. Our contact person at The Carlyle was great...quick responses any time we had a question or need. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops all within a 5-10 min walk. There were 4 of us in 4bdrm apartment. We all agreed we would definitely stay there again. Earl's Court is a great, safe area in west end of London. We really enjoyed our time in a great apartmenr in a great neighborhood. One suggestion, if you're staying very long, plan to pay for extra linen service or bring towels w you as each rm is supplied w 2 lg towels and 2 hand towels, no washcloths. Washer/dryer in apartment was helpful since we were staying for 2wks.

There were several problems with the 2 bed/2 bath apt.: a previously flooded kitchen floor which caused separation of board, a bedroom door handle that fell off my son trapped until I got out of the shower to let him out, and the on-suite shower and sink drains barely functioning. I requested another room but told there were none available. Work men were sent to repair door handle and put some screws in the moving floor boards (they said floor was to be replaced) which took about an hr., but they couldn't do anything about the drains (the second bath's drains worked fine). I booked this apt. 3 months before out trip. Mere minutes following the booking I found the price had dropped almost 10%, so I contacted them to complain and was told it is and automated system nothing personal, so the last thing I expected to get was such a poorly maintained room. Had all been in order and out time wasn't waisted waiting on workers (no room safe, so I wasn't leaving) I would have given this place a much higher mark.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Large bedrooms and a king bed in room #2! 2 bedroom when I thought it was a 4 bedroom, as the pictures show more rooms, and said it sleeps 4-10. I was confused by that. Needs a long hall mirror, as you can't see your full attire. It needs a bathroom plug for a hairdryer; the vanity mirror didn't accommodate it. The couch and the rug were very dirty, so I didn't really want to relax there. No water in the fridge. It would have been a nice small perk upon arrival. No tea, but coffee pods. No umbrellas, if you forgot yours. But I didn't look that hard for one. Maybe people lose or steal them. But it's London, so perhaps some in the unit would be a good idea. The shower lever needs fixing in the smaller bathroom. Smelt a bit mouldy in the master bathroom to my nose. Other than those few things, it was spacious, BRIGHT, easy to walk, and lovely, and the Nestor was amazing. So easy to ask questions.

I was in London visiting an old friend for three days. The apartment was perfect! The location was convenient and very close to tube station so we found it very easy to get around and see and do all the things we were interested in. It was also nice to have so much space to lounge around in. I think the walls were showing a bit of wear and in need of a paint job but that was the only thing I noticed and it was minimal. Both beds in the bedrooms were very comfy. The couch was comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotlessly cleaned. The apartment has everything you need. We had our breakfasts and one light dinner in the apartment. Sainsbury and M&S food hall close by. Although there is no concierge visibly present, you only have to call the number and will be helped right away. My friend got lost at one point but was able to make her way back to the apartment and was helped immediately to get back into the apartment and then I was called to be apprised of the situation. So helpful and appreciated. I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again. I also felt it was very good value. Reasonable price for what you are getting.

Excellent Stay in London!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at The Carlyle - Earls Court. We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location is just amazing. The Earls Court tube station is just a 4 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Working with the Carlyle team was such a pleasure. They provided clear communication throughout the process and leading up to our check-in. And were constantly available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. Elena in particular who we worked with, was just wonderful. She was so helpful and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I so highly recommend this property for your stay in London. I would definitely stay here again!
