Todo excelente, muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas, muy limpio y como se ve en la imagen. El chico de recepción muy amable y hablaba español. El transporte saliendo ahí está. Recomiendo mucho el lugar.

Muy sucio, desde que entras huele mal, a humedad, todo truena, está en zona conflictiva, gente fea afuera sientes que te asaltan, está arriba de una cantina y debajo de un puente donde pasa el tren y suena fuerte cuando pasa, no te deja dormir. La habitación olía mucho a cloro, hasta me dolió la cabeza después de un rato. Mala experiencia con las instalaciones. El staff súper amable, haces check in en la barra de la cantina. Y el desayuno súper rico.

Una Buena Experiencia
Todo muy bien en general, la atención por parte de Valery fué extraordinaria, buffet de las mañanas ok, el unico detalle fue que llegue 20 min antes de la hora de entrada y tuve que esperar sentado a que se cumpliera para que me asignaran la habitación.

La recepción es un pub, no funciona las 24 horas. No hay ascensor, las escaleras estrechas e incómodas. El desayuno muy escaso, típico inglés. El personal muy antipáticos.

Buen hotel en Londres
Al llegar al hotel nos dimos cuenta de que en realidad es un Pub que tiene servicio de habitaciones. Hay que tocar en la ventana del Pub para que te dejen entrar y desde una caja de ahí (no tienen recepción) hacer el check in. La habitación está muy bien ubicada, muy cerca del metro y se puede llegar fácilmente a pie a la zona de Westminister.

Hotel bien situado, habitación pequeña SIN aire.
Relación acidad-precio es caro para lo que te ofrecen. La recepción está en el bar, en el centro del bar, un poco desastre. La habitación si es aceptable, pequeña, pero aceptable. No tiene aire acondicionado y la noche que yo estuve pasé calor.

At first I was a bit disappointed because my Tower was a bit 'rundown' / needed some TLC & my 'window view' was truly awful. However, given the location near Waterloo Station those options are limited! BUT that impression changed as I settled & realised what value I was getting for my money! My very compact double en- suite room had everything one could want - already aware there were limitations. It was clean with generous linen supplies & complimentary provisions. The Staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. The Food was superb, although I only had the Breakfast Option this time. My Compliments to The Wellington's Chef David - his presentation has flair & he should consider entering Professional Master Chef & could stand a good chance of making the Finals! It has a large,well stocked & very busy Bar & Restaurant area decorated with historical murals; filled with happy patrons from lunchtime on and many big screen TVs, showing all the Sport.The Location of the Hotel on South Bank is excellent in terms of Transport Services & easy access on foot to many of London's Cultural & Tourist attractions.The Wellington Hotel is steeped in a fascinating history of its own & I was sad to leave after my two night stay. I would not hesitate to book in there again - if I am lucky enough to get in! (Foot Note:The accommodation area is not suitable for those who are Physically Challenged as there are no lifts & the stairs are narrow, twisting & steep.)

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de Londres et devant une station de métro. Le personnel d'accueil et de service sont très commerciaux, à l'écoute. Les chambres sont propres. Inconvénient : très bruyant a cause de la gare justement (passage de train devant l'hôtel)

Lovely room as always with free beers and soft drinks in the fridge. The hotel area of the pub (stairs and carpet) are in dire need of a refurb but overall it’s a great place to stay with a good breakfast. My work here in London is coming to an end and I’ll really miss this place 😢

Café da manhã maravilhoso
A primeira impressão é curiosa: a recepção fica dentro de um pub. Chegar no fim de tarde ou de noite é engraçado, porque o pub enche e você chega com as malas dentro do pub. Mas é uma experiência bacana. O hotel não tem elevador e a escada é estreita, para subir com as malas é um pouco complicado. O diferencial desse hotel é o café da manhã, maravilhoso! O preparo é feito por um chef de cozinha, e você pede no menu o tipo de café da manhã que você quer. No primeiro dia foi o full English breakfast, delicioso! Vale a pena ficar no hotel só pelo café da manhã. Sem possibilidade de late checkout. A recepcionista foi até um pouco seca ao responder que não poderíamos sair um pouco mais tarde. Sempre me pergunto se eles conseguem arrumar todos os quartos de saída ao mesmo tempo às 12h quando negam um pedido de saída um pouco mais tarde.

Great hotel, great staff.
Our stay at the Wellington was exactly what we needed. Friendly staff from check in. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and despite being right next to the train line the noise didn’t keep us awake. The coffee bag were a welcome surprise and a lovely touch. The bathroom needs a little work as it was tired and could do with a bit of shelving and somewhere next to the sink to hang the hand towel. Breakfast was fab, and overall I would rate our stay as excellent.

Great stay. Very clean. Staff very accommodating. Extremely close to Waterloo station which is fantastic for touring London. 20 minute walk to Covent Garden. Close to London Eye, National Threatre and War Museum and many more. Second time here and we will be back.

Excellent facilities and efficient staff - no complaints. Nice touch to have both complimentary water and other drinks in the room along with usual tea and coffee etc. Lovely traditional pub with plenty of seating - good beer selection and whoever chooses the playlist makes great choices!

Business one night
A lovely clean, comfortable and stylish room. Yes, you will need the earplugs provided due to it being opposite the main entrance to Waterloo station (note the underground exit brings you out on the higher storey!) Rainfall shower, fluffy towels, decent sized fridge. There's steps up to the rooms because it's an old building. Breakfast selection was good, fresh pastries, cereals, fruit, cow and plant milk etc. And a selection of cooked breakfast to order. The only slight feedback I have is that I requested the poached eggs to be fully cooked. I clarified that I meant "not soft". Unfortunately they came out soft poached. This isn't just a preference, people with compromised immune systems need to avoid certain foods being undercooked. I didn't send the breakfast back because I didn't want to have to explain my reasons, but perhaps some training with your staff would help avoid this in the future. Otherwise, a great place and I would certainly stay again.

This is a very unique hotel. It sits atop an English Pub just a two minute walk from Waterloo Station. We had an early train from Waterloo and this hotel did not disappoint in it's location. The breakfast was AMAZING. We had all the convenience of a typical hot English breakfast. We did not leave with an empty stomach. The staff was incredibly friendly from the evening check in to the morning breakfast dining room staff. Be aware that if your room is on the top floor and you are carrying large suitcases that the staircase does get a bit narrow. Once upstairs, however, the room is just enough for two people and the bathroom has all the amenities one would need from body lotion to shampoo/ conditioner.

Great stay!
Good size room for the location. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast! Nice and clean refurbished ensuite bathroom. I did hear the trains, but it was not a problem for me. Inevitable considering the location. Would stay again.
