“Such a cute place to stay! Bill was super kind and helpful! I was only in for a quick night but I would definitely stay here again!!”

“The location was close to Shinnecock and South Hampton train station. Close to lots of great restaurants. Host was lovely and very accommodating.”

“Very comfortable”

“The handle in my room didn't work properly, I always had to wait to enter the password.”

“Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc . The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning . Would stay again if in the area .”

“No”

“The host is unresponsive. We arrived around 7pm at the guest house and it was pitch dark. None available to let us in. This was a total scam. Me and my wife knocked on door for close to 20 minutes and had to book another hotel for the night, even though we paid for this place in full. I am disappointed that a property like this exists on Expedia. Expedia refunded us due to this, but we had a terrible experience.I Do not recommend this property at all.”

“Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.”

“El dueño respondió a mi solicitud me tuvo listo el parqueo viene limpieza está cerca del aeropuerto de Newark y cerca de New York precio asequible gracias por su atencion”

“Me gusto la atención y preocupación que tuvieron en mi viaje llegue muy tarde al aeropuerto y en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de mi hasta que pude llegar al hotel, el lugar es muy tranquilo y pude descansar muy bien después de un largo viaje ”

“Very nice!”

“No me gusto para nada la propiedad la atención mala y no había servicio de Limpieza ”

“The people were rude and it was not clean or sanitary and I couldn't put flush toilet paper”

“It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”

“Totalmente sucio e inseguro”

“Cutest place. Such a fun weekend away with our kids.”
