“We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!”

“This cottage is Comfortable, clean and fully stocked on a private street with a beautiful short walk to the beach. We were only 2 but house could easily sleep up to 8 guests. Large backyard with tranquil outdoor setting firepit and Barbeque. Host is very responsive welcoming and helpful. The nearby Main street has many restaurants and shops as well as Wine vineyards. Will definitely be booking again in future. We found a new love and that is Jamesport. Thank you Kelly!”

The bed was very soft and comfortable, the bathroom had nice upgrades, and you are provided anything needed. It made for a perfect weekend getaway.”

“This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!”

“Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. While it was winter, we would like to stay during the summer to enjoy their outside shower after a day at the beech and a bbq in their backyard. They are located only two minutes away from Meschutt beach. We’ve Enjoying this...

“Great place to stay and hang with a group of close friends. Layout of rooms and open concept worked for our close group of 12. The pool room was a great space to hang after hours with music, pool, and ping pong. The location is close to the Southampton strip of boutiques and local pub as well as the North Fork wineries. Debbie, the property manager, was extremely responsive and the arrival/departure process was super smooth!”
