House is 7 minutes away from newly built indoor water park Kalahari, 15 minutes away from Camel beach Mountain Waterpark and Great Wolf Lodge, perfect for groups wanting to get away for the weekend , week or even a month! Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Bushkill Falls, The Crossing Premium Outlets and many, many more fun activities is available only 10-20 minutes away from home. The top level features 3 bedrooms with queen, full sized bed and there are 2 single beds in the kids room. Additional bedroom with queen bed is located downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils for cooking and eating. Living room with a large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi for our guests! Off the living room you will find a deck, great for barbecuing and relaxing with family and friends. We have 1/2 acre yard, yard is great for kids to run and play around. Home is part of Emerald Lakes association. Not gated community has several lakes, outdoor pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. Club house features a bar /restaurant. Additional fee is required for these amenities. Flexible check in and out times free of charge( if no one checks out on the day you arrive and no one checks in on the day you leave).
