Esta escapada perfecta a la isla se encuentra en el extremo sur de Longboat Key, con una hermosa playa y zona de piscina.

Este décimo piso, unidad de lujo cuenta con aproximadamente 1700 pies cuadrados con un lanai frente al mar abierto de 52 'de largo. ¡Las vistas son inmejorables! La playa es genial y la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje también.

La gran sala de estar y comedor y las dos habitaciones se abren a la terraza. Recién amueblado (2016) y muy atractivo. Hay Hi Def TV, FIOS para Internet y DVR. Ambos baños se completaron remodelados en el otoño de 2012. La cocina totalmente equipada fue renovada en verano de 2011. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con vestidor y baño. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas extragrandes de tamaño completo, un vestidor y un baño. Hay una cama Queen Aero (hinchable) si necesita dormir más. Todas las habitaciones están decoradas en un estilo contemporáneo y de Florida.

    Amazing location

    We have stayed at the Long Boat Key club in the past through the resort, but this location was better than any prior stays. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The decor was great, but most of all this location has one of the best views of the water in the entire property. We will definitely come back to stay!

    This is an excellent property. The view from the extra large balcony is fantastic. The condo has plenty of room, fully updated and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring everything Sarasota has to offer. Already planning our next trip! The property manager was a pleasure to deal with.

    The Views!

    Our party of 4 adults over age 60 really enjoyed this beautiful 10th floor condo with spectacular views. The bedrooms and common room are really large and comfortable. We were lucky to have perfect beach days, but if you aren't a beach person or it's rainy, you could sit in the shade on the covered balcony all day, enjoying the changing skies and surf. The sunsets are usually pretty spectacular! The only downside to staying in this unit is that you don't have resort privileges like eating at their restaurants, using the spa or workout rooms, or food service on the beach. You do get two chaise lounges on the beach, but you'll need to rent an umbrella. We honestly didn't miss any of that since it was very pleasant having our own coffee and bagels on our balcony every morning, and brought our own snacks and drinks to the beach with us. Overall, our expectations were exceeded at this condo. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

    Beautiful large unit and wonderful views all around. The only down comment would be that we were not allowed to use any of the pool -side lounges, restaurants; however, it did state that clearly in the rental lease.

    Amazing views from 10th floor of the Resort at LBK Club

    We loved our week in LBK❤️💜💚 !!! I have been twice before and my last trip was 8 years ago. Last time we also stayed at the Resort at LBK. We were just as happy this time as previous two trips. Condo was really quite perfect!! Great layout for traveling with adult son and new daughter-in-law as bedrooms were on opposite sides. Balcony views were as great as other reviews said ... which was super important to us as my husband is very fair skinned and loved to just sit on the balcony while surfing the web. Kitchen was well outfitted - there was nothing that wasn't available throughout the condo. We definitely want to make this an annual trip and stay in the same unit. I don't think any other VRBO 's in LBK can beat this place!!

    Fantastic stay on Longboat Key

    This 2 bedroom condo at the Resort on Longboat Key is very enjoyable. The description is a very accurate description of what to expect. It is particularly well equipped (electronics, kitchen utensils and appliances) and perfectly maintained. The view is exquisite. It is on the top floor and is therefore very quiet. Sue (customers relation) was very responsive and made the check-in process seamless. A lot of information on what to do in the area in the guest book. Highly recommended!

    Very nice, unfortunately no access to the restaurant and pool side bar. The unit is well appointed with spectacular views, very comfortable beds, HD TVs, and very very spacious.

    Spacious property with awesome views

    Many reviews say the views are better than the listing shows. I hate to heighten expectations, but they are. Direct views of the Gulf and beautiful sunsets from a large balcony that could seat 12 people. Almost 360 degree views that include a view of Sarasota. We saw a bald eagle perching on the roof from the bedroom window! Both bedrooms have Gulf views. Both of the 2 full bathrooms have a second sink adjacent.

    Spectacular View, Great Condo

    This condo has a spectacular view, is well appointed and has plenty of space. The location is convenient to St. Armand's Circle and the great restaurants of the area. Sue was great to work with and we highly recommend her. We are already considering when we will return to this beautiful place.

    The pictures do not do this property justice. It is very beautiful and spacious inside. The views are amazing! The balcony is HUGE! Though it was only my husband and I, this unit could comfortably sleep six without feeling cramped. The kitchen is well appointed (there is an ice maker in the fridge). We had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit. You will love it!
