“We vacation every summer at the beach. This place is the best we have found. We love the low key, not a lot of people around. Proximity to the beach is perfect! The owners respond quickly and are very helpful. We will be returning! ”

“Great retro old Florida feel. Nice small complex that is well maintained for an older property. We enjoyed walking straight out to the beach as well as having the pool as an option when it was windy/chilly on the beach. Our unit was nicely updated and we didn’t have another unit above us. We spoke with another renter and she said some of the same families come back year after year. Just as an fyi, the property is in the flight path of the airport but we got used to hearing the planes after a day...

“It had everything we needed for the beach and the bed was comfortable. The a/c kept up and a lot of extras like a toothbrush/shave kits and soaps in the shower. Detergent for the washer/ dishwasher. Paper towel and etc to get you started. Loved the champagne too!! You’ll love this place and very short walk to the beach.”

“We arrived after office hours but picking up our check-in packet was easy, and communication was clear in the packet. The condo was just as described, if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was the perfect place for us. ”

“Very friendly at the front desk, supply beach towels, there are chairs but not a lot, we brought our own and glad we did. Pool is nice, porch was screened in which does distort view some. Overall, great stay and would come back. No elevator, that I noticed anyway, so if you aren’t great with stairs and carrying luggage up keep that in mind.”

“We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at Silver Sands right on a beautiful 10 mile beach. Our efficiency was comfortable and cozy with a functional kitchen for cooking in. We had access to umbrellas and chairs for the beach and poolside. Lots to do if you wanted to venture out or stay and walk the beautiful endless beach. We will be back!”
