“Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”

“My room was next to a noisy room. I had to call the front desk at 3:00 AM to address the noise, but they were unable to contact the guests. I left the hotel at 6:00 AM feeling very tired. The toilets were smaller than standard, making it difficult to sit and stand. There were also a lot of ants running around on the bathroom floor.”
