6/10 Aceptable

We stayed over our spring break with a family of 6 with kids ranging 11-20 years kid. The main draw was the pool and backyard which was spacious and well taken care of. The house is roomy with many beds (2 queens and sofa bed in Master) and convenient kids had bathrooms in there own rooms. Master bath also has 2 showers and large. The living room was big but only had one couch (not very comfy) that could fit 6 or 7 people, so would be a tight fit for a larger group. The pool was great but there wasn't any pool toys or floaties, and the chairs didn't have the pads shown on the listing and a few were broken. The basketball ball hoop would have been great but all basketballs on property were flat and there wasn't a ball pump. Pool table was well used and only one pool stick wasn't broken. The host was nice but a bit delayed on some communication. In summary plenty of space in the house, updated kitchen area and master bath. Living room lacked a bit regarding seating, and there wasn't any board games, video games, yard games or pool toys which was a bit of a let down given the price point. The pool didn't disappoint but also isn't heated for those traveling in the winter months. Overall we enjoyed the home but expected a bit more for the price tag. About 30-50 min drive to Universal pending date/time of the commute.
