There was very little communication on how to use the key pad to enter the unit. There was no communication on how to check out. When asked, no action was needed. However, once we checked out, we received a bill for towels that were damaged using chlorine, grease and glue. Our unit did not use any of these items during our stay. When asked for photos of the damaged item, no pictures were sent. Very disappointing. Our unit is adjacent to another rental, the high school/college age renters were extremely loud throughout the night and knocked on our door several times.
