Beach Front Executive Home

  • Infinitas vistas al océano, fascinantes puestas de sol y románticas luces nocturnas son lo que algunos de nuestros huéspedes han comentado después de su estadía.

    La propiedad cuenta con 6 amplias habitaciones, todas con baños adjuntos, dos baños adicionales para invitados (un baño equipado para discapacitados) en el primer y segundo piso, una sala de billar con mesa de billar, dos salas familiares, comedor formal, tres chimeneas, desayuno informal Rincón con vista al océano y al área de lectura, junto con una cocina gourmet que te dejará sin aliento. Hay un ascensor en funcionamiento que da servicio a los tres pisos y, dependiendo del tamaño de su vehículo, el garaje puede acomodar hasta seis vehículos.

    La gran casa es cómoda y cuenta con tecnología avanzada para mantenerlo caliente por la noche y fresco durante los meses de verano, junto con iluminación automática y televisores de alta definición, estéreo / Pandora / Spotify / iTunes en cada una de las habitaciones y en toda la propiedad junto con un Sistema avanzado de seguridad de video.

    Ubicado en el muy solicitado Boardwalk-Peninsula de Long Beach, el acceso directo a la playa y ½ cuadra de la bahía hace que esta propiedad sea igualmente agradable tanto para adultos como para niños pequeños para disfrutar de forma segura de andar en bicicleta, kayak, paddle surf, windsurf, góndola. paseos alrededor de la isla de Nápoles o simplemente descansar. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large family vacation. The only thing I wish I knew was that there is a sand berm to protect the property from rising ocean levels. However, this was minor in my view because the view from the second story balcony and third story balcony are still unbeatable. Would definitely rent this house again.

Michelle was a wonderful host with great communication and quick replies. The house is spectacularly beautiful and suited our family well. We travelled with my elderly father and chose this house for the elevator. One thing to note for anyone who is mobility impaired, is that there are 2-steps down from the elevator/kitchen/dining to the 2nd floor living space and the 2nd floor bedrooms. Also, there are 3 steps to enter the home to get to the elevator.

The property was excellent, but the location was mixed. We had to drive to another beach to use the boogie boards. We did enjoy the paddle boards and kayak in the bay and the grandkids played pickleball and used the big inflatables at a nearby park. Not the property owners problem, but the beach is very dirty, a lot of trash. The manager did not respond to my emails. I had to get VRBO to intervene.

Host were wonderful! View was great. Can't help that the house next door is under construction or the that the beach has a block up so you can't walk straight out at the moment or see it from the front but would have been good to know.

Everything was perfect. My family and I were able to make many memories while staying at this house over a long weekend so we could attend my Mom's memorial service. It's very convenient to stores and restaurants but the view of the ocean was the best. Joseph and his son were very kind and made everything easy for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property is of excellent size and in a perfect location for a family holiday in Long Beach. It is convenient to the markets and restaurants. The roar of the oceans, fresh air and beds made rest and sleeping fairly easy after our daily adventures.What is disappointing was the lack of useable furniture in gathering areas. Most seating needs to be replaced as it has lost its structure and ability to support a person comfortably. (This is true of both the living room and outdoor furniture.). We were inconvenienced by an elevator that did not function during our stay. We also had a garage door that did not operate properly. I was most surprised that the home was not well stocked with wine or cocktail glasses or the necessary serving dishes to prepare in home meals.The owner sent a bottle of wine for our inconvenience, which was thoughtful.

Birthday trip

Oh my God we need a break from our kids and just wanted to enjoy some adult friends and nice party close to the beach with some cool weather and this was the perfect stop really enjoyed every day

Great Stay

We had a great see at this beachfront property. Enjoyed having plenty of room to hang out as a family and play games. The host was awesome to work with. Highly recommend.
