My family and I had such a great time here a couple of weekends ago. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and it was very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent most of the day swimming and playing. The location was perfect, tucked away in the hills of LA near Beverly Hills, with plenty to do just a short drive away. It was a fun and relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend at the house. We hosted a Saturday night dinner party for 20 young adults, which was lovely poolside with a cocktail hour before hand and swimming/hot tub after! The 8 bedrooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for my daughter's friends. Teena was very helpful with vendor recommendations. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a large group of people if you are using all the bedrooms! The backyard is lovely with the view up the hillside. Thank you very much for allowing us to use the home for the weekend, it was a perfect event.

A Perfect Surprise Wedding Weekend in a Local Oasis

This property is exactly as described, beautiful, clean, serene, and chock full of amenities. We’re locals who went looking for a home that would suit for our surprise wedding event, and, boy, did we find it! Teena, the property manager, is generous, accommodating, thoughtful, professional, and understanding. She went out of her way to ensure the entire home was immaculate for us, spending hours of her days helping us with walk throughs, check in, and communications leading up to and after our big weekend event. We pulled off our dream wedding, tucked into the palm tree lined hill, under a perfectly blue summer sky. Events here are strict because the City of Beverly Hills has harsh policies and no room for error, so Teena and her team, including a wonderful security/parking attendant, made sure we followed to the letter so our event wouldn’t have any hiccups. Our guests had the BEST time! The only issue we encountered was beyond the control of our host, a loud security announcement from a neighboring speaker that went off relentlessly. It has since been identified and brought to the city’s attention, so I don’t imagine it will be a problem for long. Teena even went out of her way to find the speaker and do everything in her power to help remove it. We would and will definitely stay here again! It’s a magical home that perfectly fits any family vacay, backyard BBQ, or calming retreat away. Thank you for absolutely everything, Teena! We couldn’t be happier.

Family birthday celebration

Our group size was 11 adults-- siblings and spouses. Teena was helpful and communicative to all our needs. It was an ideal location for our group. We came from various parts of the country so we conveniently flew into LAX to join the few who already lived nearby. We purchased all our food in advance except for one evening meal prepared by Chef Joe whom Teena recommended. It was fabulous! The pool was our "happy place" where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was very adequate and thoroughly equipped. The furnishings were a bit more worn than we expected and the property grounds maintained reasonably well. The spaciousness of the home and ability to have private areas to relax was great. Some bedrooms were lovelier than others, however it was fantastic to have so many on the main level and all the bathrooms for individual privacy. We would certainly return if the the opportunity comes again!

Great night!

I rented this property for my birthday and my friends and I had a great time! Teena was super responsive and helpful in the days leading up to the event, day of and after. She also tried to make accommodations when possible. I would definitely stay here again!

Tried to over charge after I already booked

Though the property was really nice after I booked they tried to up charge me for my company that came over . I never had any neighbor complaints but they literally sent security to wat h me and my guest all night . I always purchase insurance because it’s safe to protect anyone assets but I left the place in great condition and cleaned up personally myself and they still put in all kind of damage claims that are completely false . They bate you in with a decent rate then try to up charge you for ever little thing . Property is nice though . Love the layout .

Perfect College Friends Reunion Space!

This proved to be a perfect space for a get-together with old friends! Since there are 8 bedrooms (all but one with private en suite bath), everyone had their own private space (or a space for them & their kid). We were able to eat and talk together & relive our college days -- floating in the pool, sitting in the sauna, or just hanging out. Everyone in our group either lives in the area or has been to LA many times before -- so weren't trying to do a lot of touristy things. We really enjoyed the beauty & the quiet being up in the hillls.

Great experience

House was great! Great communication and the house manager made it really easy to ensure the booking went well. She meets you there to go over everything. The house is clean and really big plenty of space to spread out. A great kitchen with all the supplies you could need! Also has 2 fridges which is awesome!! Note: Ubers/Ride Shares are hard to get so be prepared to wait to get to the airport or anywhere really!

Perfect for a big group!

We had 14 girls and there was so much space for us! It's hard to get a sense of layout but this is the perfect property to enjoy the weekend. Really felt like a mini resort. We had the best time and communication was perfect with Teena. Would be eager to stay here again!
