The place was as described. The location is really the best part of the place. I would’ve liked to have a sheet on primary bed. I would’ve liked to have extra blankets, the extra pillow didn’t have a pillowcase, a little bit more linens and blankets would be an inexpensive plus Other than that everything was great.

Location was great. Close to beach and restaurants. We never even had to move our car all weekend since everything was within walking distance. 2nd bedroom has 2 beds which was great so our girls didn't have to share. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was great and the location is perfect, we even got to know the local shop owners in the couple of days we were there!The apartment itself was very nice, clean and the pool area was also a great place to hang out. The only slight negative was that the shower didn't drain very well and the aircon dripping into the bathtub was a bit odd, but this didn't spoil our trip at all. Would recommend.

Location is amazing, 3 minute walk to the beach, small supermarket across the street and many lovely cafes around. Walking distance(15 min) to Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach (25 min).Apt is very comfortable. We are a family of 5. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, view of beach is nice. Garage was always open but it’s a great addition and we felt very safe in the building and area. Good shower it would have been nice to have 2 showers but at least there are 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has everything including salt/sugar/olive oil etc. Washer and Dryer also worked well.Rooftop pool is shared but wasn’t crowded. The kids enjoyed it. We also used the pool BBQ and it was nice.-We ran out of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and asked the owner for more. We could not find where to buy them and the owner was willing to help. For people who love coffee in the morning - this is one of those things which would prevent us from coming back.-Some nice additions could be having detergent and softener for the washing machine. We ended up buying and leaving there.-Beach chairs and beach umbrella could have been nice as well.

This place is definitely not worth the hefty pricetag. Pros: location, parking included. The living room couch is nice.Cons: For the last two nights, I was awoken by the sound of rodents chirping either in the room or in the walls, awkward check-in (find a key tag in the bushes outside the building!), poor quality linens, stained and fraying towels, rust stains all over the bathtub, bathroom need a paint job, the second bedroom is not suitable for adults (the two beds are pushed so far together, you can not stand up between the beds, no bedside tables because no room, no windows, dirty skylight). Hot water was intermittent during our stay and management did not respond. The toaster was broken, the coffee machine needed thorough cleaning in order to be used, the pool was not entirely full, etc etc etc. Unfortunately this place is NOT worth the money they charge and the management wants no part in making things better.When I complained about the hot water, I got no response. I kept the rest of the complaints to myself until after our stay because most things were quality issues (foam mattresses, lack of extra linens, etc) and then was told my management that there was nothing they could do to make it up. I've stayed in many rental units and this one was decidedly lacking. Beware!

I wish I could give 5 stars....host has great communication...
We recently stayed for 4 nights, I will mention the highlights and areas for improvement below:There were 4 areas that were great:1) The location was very convenient, about 2 blocks from the beach, and a 10-15 minute walk to the pier. There is a little local market and a cute coffee shop that serves breakfast/lunch steps away from the lobby.2) The AC in the unit worked great3) The beds were very comfortable4) The building and underground parking felt very safe.A couple of things made it feel less homey and could be improved upon easily:-When we first arrived, we noticed only 2 mismatched bath towels and 1 washcloth available. Days later, while doing the laundry, found several more towels and a kitchen towel in the dryer.-The lighting in the unit was a big miss. There are plenty of can lights in the kitchen, but none in the dining area at all, and one lamp in the living room. All stairwell sconces not working,3rd floor lighting out as well. Powder bathroom is dark.-Things that were not working: Microwave, Hairdryer-The exhaust in the main bathroom is not good, which creates a lot of moisture dripping from walls/ceilings. The metal hatch on the ceiling has rusty screws that drip rust water onto anyone using the toilet. Condensation line routes to ceiling of shower, more rust water drops on you when showering and has stained the tub. Shower does not drain properly.-Dishwasher Interior not clean (black residue in door)-Apt had a noticeable smell of pot on arrival.

All was well. Host rep met us with key and parking instructions as promised. The unit is cheaply finished and Furnished, except for upscale appliances, but still has a lot going for it—we had everything we needed and the location and neighborhood are five star worthy!

The property manager, I don't ever want to deal with that person ever again. Heck no. The photos of this place are going to make you think that there are three stories. Here's the thing. You walk in and you get your kitchen/dining room/living room all-in-one straight shot with the bathroom downstairs which is wonderful. The next level up will have a bedroom with two beds on One side, and side with a sliding glass door and view of the street (partial view of the ocean in the distance and the ferris wheel which really lovely to see )... In between these two rooms on the second level, there is a bathroom in the middle that has a stacked washer and dryer. That is where the pictures get confusing. The "3rd" floor Is just a desk with the door that opens to get to the rooftop pool. WE DOUBLE-CHECKED THAT THAT TOP DOOR WAS CLOSED BEFORE WE LEFT, WHEN WE CAME BACK IT WAS OPEN! Giving my sister the fright of her life because her precious tiny dog in a dress was missing. After panic searches from my entire party, my sister found her service animal scared hiding in the parking garage. How her service animal went from inside our apartment, a do.... The instructions, and that property manager ain't going to help you much when it's convenient for you. He only cares when it's convenient for him which is very inconvenient. I am still waiting to hear word if I'm going to get reimbursed for all the parking garage fees I acquired. Thanks to the key cards that were left with me not working.
