This house was perfect for our week in California. Alicia and Ed were great hosts checking with us daily for any needs. The home was clean, kitchen stocked well. Plenty of shopping nearby for groceries. House is as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood great for walking My only minor complaint would be the mattress for the queen beds.

Spacious, very comfortable & well kept 3-bed 2-bath home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, there's a nearby Albertsons supermarket. Large tv with Hulu etc. Alicia and Ed are very nice and respond to any questions or requests you may have. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the host was responsive, the house was clean and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. The location is perfect when visiting both Disneyland and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay there again!

The home was in a quiet and save area. Everything needed was available. The television did not have many offerings, but that didn't really matter to us. Checking inwas easy and host kept in touch, although we really didn'tneed assistance with anything.Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

More Than Just a Stay

I had the pleasure of staying here for three weeks with my son, who attends high school in Pasadena. The home is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Arcadia, which made it easy to relax and feel at ease throughout our stay.The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything guests might need, making it incredibly comfortable. From the small essentials to the overall setup, it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Whenever we had a question or needed help, Alicia was always quick to respond and went out of her way to assist us, which made us feel supported and reassured.One thing I especially appreciated was the availability of basic cooking items like cooking oil and seasonings. It may seem small, but for a longer stay, it made a big difference and helped us feel more at home :)But what truly made our stay special was Alicia, her husband, and their lovely family. They welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, offering genuine support throughout our time there. One of the most wonderful parts of traveling is connecting with good people, and I feel incredibly lucky to have made such meaningful new friends through this stay.If the opportunity comes again, I would love to stay here once more. Thank you, Alicia and family, for making our time so memorable!!

This home was perfect for my small events team attending an event at Irwindale speedway. it was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The property manager was nearby and offered to help with anything we needed

This place was excellent. Pros We were a family of 6 with one senior. Very comfortable kitchen with a good size and easy to cook your meals with the appliances provided. We rented a Chrysler Pacifica Van and it was easy to park on the driveway. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful. HVAC was perfect. The area around the house is extremely quiet and has shops close by. The living room is very comfortable with a nice size TV to watch your apps (no cable) Cons The double bed in the secondary room needs an upgrade and the frying pans need to be replaced.

Peaceful & quiet in the suburbs.

We stayed with our family of 5 and loved our stay. During the day we were out, seeing the sights. At night the house offered a great kitchen to prepare food in, comfortable beds, wifi, tv’s and a table that fit our whole family comfortably. It was very quiet and peaceful at night and we all slept well. Would stay there again!

Good for family

I stayed with my husband, 8 yo, and 9 month old baby. Floor in good condition, could let baby crawl. Kitchen is spacious enough. Bathrooms are good. Doesn’t give a the. “icks” or the “creeps”. And they supply the home with cleaning supplies very good appliances.

Nice property, great location

Great location, about 45 min from Disney. Close to the mountains as well. It was great to be able to drive through them and not be too from from home. Owners are great, and very accommodating! It’s a nice quiet area.

Wonderful house

The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful with every appliance you would need to prepare just about any meal you would want to. It truely felt like a home away from home.

We had this wonderful appartment for a week. Everything was super. Alica is very friendly and explained all things well. The appartment was very clean and has all things we needed. Also was the location great. By car it was quite fast to go everywhere. Thank you Alica for being such a top host. We wish all the best for you.
