There was poor communication about our stay and using the pool and jacuzzi. We couldn't get the gate to open hen we first got there and was a pain. Then we almost stepped in dog poo on the inside lawn by the pedestrian gate. We did not have a pet with us, so it was not from us. The fridge wasn't working properly. The was no ice in the freezer. There was no batteries in the remotes except for one. We could only get the tv in the family room to work. There aren't any tvs in the other two bedrooms. The bedroom outside has a door that doesn't close properly and is very noisy and couldn't get that tv to work out there either. Once we got the jacuzzi warm and running it only fits 4 adult's...regular size not larger...comfortably. we only used it once for our group of 7 adults and it wasn't worth paying the extra 60 for it. The location to universal studios as well as stores and gas staion was great. It worked out just being a place to eat and sleep.
