    Please be respectful of our neighbors and the home. Refrain from playing amplified music outdoors.

    Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.



    No glass is allowed outside—designated plasticware is provided.



    The gardener services the property on Fridays or as needed based on weather conditions.



    Standard House Rules:



    > Guests must complete third-party verification and provide valid identification prior to check-in.

    > No gatherings or events without prior written approval.

    > No pets allowed.

    > Respect the property and neighbors at all times.

    > Comply with all County of Los Angeles ordinances and regulations.

    > Fireplace use is limited to Duraflame logs only—wood burning is not permitted. A limited number of logs will be provided.



    Check-Out & Cleaning Procedures:



    > The home is professionally cleaned before and after each stay. Guests are expected to leave the property in similar condition upon departure.

    > Dispose of all trash and recycling (bins are located behind the gate on the right side at the front of the house).

    > Wash dishes and clean any cooking areas.

    > Return furniture and items (indoors and outdoors) to their original positions.

    > Leave all remote controls in plain sight.

    > Remove all perishable food from the refrigerator.

    > Return outdoor furniture and equipment to their proper place.

    > Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances.

    > Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.

    > Leave keys/remotes on the counter or return them to the lockbox.

    Additional cleaning fees may apply at $50/hour for excessive cleaning. Lost or damaged items may incur replacement charges.



    Important:



    > Guests must complete an independent verification process prior to arrival in compliance with short-term rental regulations.



    Guests & Occupancy



    > Guest count must not exceed the approved occupancy.

    Additional guests (if approved) are subject to applicable fees.

    Day guests must be approved in advance and must depart by 10:00 PM.



    Vendors:



    Service providers may access outdoor areas as needed. Landscaping and gardening services occur weekly or as needed.



    Noise & Neighborhood:



    We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

    No outdoor noise is permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

    Violations may result in cancellation without refund.



    Smoking:



    Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

    Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.



    Parking:

    Please do not move the trash bins from their designated street position, as they may not be emptied if relocated. Someone will return the bins behind the gate on the right side of the house after collection.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We respect your privacy while still being available to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. You’ll have access to easy self check-in, so you can arrive at whatever time works best for you.



    If you need anything during your stay, whether it’s recommendations, help, or just a quick question, you can always reach us through the booking platform and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.



    Please note that one owner’s closet and a hall closet are securely locked and not accessible to guests.



    For safety, the fireplace may only be used with Duraflame logs—wood burning is not permitted. A couple of logs will be provided for your convenience.
