A nice piece to stay for a family of four. Plenty of room, very clean and it had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor patio for breakfast. Close to the airport and major highways with a Target down the street.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! It was simple, clean, and enough room inside and out for our 3 kids to play between beach trips and theme park trips. Close to anything we needed as far as food and stores and in a safe neighborhood. Beds were comfy and we loved being able to do laundry there! Highly recommend!

As a few others stated, the owners live on the property. This wasn't an issue at all for us, we never felt like we were being watched and barely even saw them. When I needed to reach out they were also very responsive. The home was very clean and the street was peaceful.

Convenient location for our visit to Universal Studios. The house itself was well equipped and clean. The photos are accurate - do pay attention to the size of the 2nd bathroom if you are bringing a family. Our first impression of the neighborhood, gated entry, and two sets of locked security doors made my wife a little nervous. But we experienced no problems and felt safe the entire stay. It just isn't a place we would go for evening walks around the block, but that is likely true for most places in LA.

The house is exactly how it is pictured. Beautiful and lots of amenities. We loved the doors open in the early morning time when we woke up to get ready to begin our day. The fresh air felt and smelled so good. We did wish their were fans in the bedrooms and/or living room. But no big deal, we are just used to having fans at our houses. TV was nice for the kids after a busy day. Close to lots of places such as Universal Studios. Only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to NoHo, Cali. Thanks again John for hosting a beautiful and secure house.
