  • 1-1/2-bedroom 1 bath apartment, upper apartment., 1st bedroom queen bed, 36-inch smart tv window air conditioner, dresser drawers
    2nd room has a twin-size loft bedroom.
    24-inch smart tv, dresser and fan. It’s a small room. Living room has sofa that makes into double bed, ,42-inch smart tv. Full kitchen with all amenities, apt is updated and very. Nice. Apt was built in 1940, the apt sleeps 4 adults 1child comfortably. There are stairs going into apt. 2 front door 1st door downstairs 2door upstairs lock box. Parking is pretty easy during the day nights can be tuff you might have to drive a couple blocks. Please don’t ding me for that, it’s street parking and I have no control. Walking distance to beach 2nd St, Beach. There is extra linen, towels blankets. we are pet friendly also

Excellent location. Very quiet neighborhood. We never heard or saw any neighbors. Luckily got a parking spot and planned to walk everywhere. Perfect size for our needs. So happy they were dog friendly.

We had a lovely time staying at this apartment in along Beach. The place is adorable, very clean, well stocked with household items, and a great location to the beach and other attractions in Long Beach. Tracey is an awesome host!

Amazing location!! Historic building, so locks were interesting, but what a cool place! We had 4 adults and it was tight. The “loft bed” is for a smaller person and not a lot of head room. We loved the apartment though. We were there on 4th of July for a concert, but went to the beach a few blocks away for 3 simultaneous fireworks shows, it was great.

Great place for a small family vacation. 2nd street had everything for food and entertainment. Disneyland is close not a bad drive.

Apartment was cute, comfortable, and clean. Communication with a host was great. Easy walk to the shops on 2nd Street. Loved it!

Wonderful little place. Very steep stairs so be prepared, but it was not too daunting. The "loft" is really a closet converted for an elevated bed. Great for kids but not for about adult. I would not count this as a 2 br. There are a few things that could be updated such as the doorknob which likes to stick, and the shower head needs replaced. I would definitely stay again if I needed to. Excellent locations

It was a nice place, great value for money and lots included, you get what’s on the tin. It is a little bit old but there were no problems. For parking I recommend looking at the Main Street just south I had the best luck there but yeah the parking was rough especially at night. I had an issue at 1am where the loft bedroom doorknob fell off and to the hosts credit she woke up and was willing to help me out at that time. I’d stay here again. Maybe prop the loft door open.

Perfect place at the perfect location!Car was parked and only moved once since we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants! We would definitely like to stay here again.

This place is well located and worked well for our stay. There are some basic maintenance issues that the owner needs to deal with for future guests, however.
