The whole place was pretty well set up. Every thing was clean except the main bedroom. We have a small schnauzer. When we arrived she went straight for the main bedroom crawled under the bed and came out with a women's thong in her mouth. We had to chase her around to get it away from her. The thing was disgusting and covered in feces. Aside from that, it was very nice and comfortable. Everything worked properly, good water pressure.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. This location was perfect for our needs. Having the guest house in addition to the main house was also ideal for our 8-person, multigenerational family. The neighborhood was quiet at night which is a huge bonus. The hot tub worked great and was very welcome after a long travel day. The host is wonderful with communication and was very responsive when we needed a little technical assistance. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Property was very nice, and especially good in having the separate dwelling for my son and daughter-in-law and their small children to sleep in for naps and at night, and having a high chair and pack n play. Good location for getting to south side attractions like Disneyland and northern areas like Pasadena, and to airports.

The home had a beautiful, private backyard! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The owner was very fast at communicating and the instructions were really clear. The only complaint is the house needed a very deep clean. It was super dusty and kind of dirty.

The property was great, neighborhood was quiet. The house and ADU Appears to be remodeled recently. Vehicle were able to remain secured within the property. The hottub is also a plus. Amd they are pet friendly. The Host was also very helpful throughout the entire process. I would rent here again.

Excellent organization made for an a stress free vacation

This property is very well managed because the owners give very detailed check-in information and are very responsive to messages with questions. The neighborhood is quiet and the access to parking spaces in back was essential as there are a lot of cars in the neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were also very comfortable. We plan to book this listing again in the future if it is available.

Weekend get away

We traveled from the Bay Area to attend concert at the Rose Bowl and Disneyland. Both were about 30 minutes away. It was easy getting around with restaurants and grocery store near by. There were 5 of us and we all slept comfortably. It is spacious and beautiful.

Great home in Los Angeles area!

Our family loved this cute home! Not only was it affordable but it was exactly what we needed for our 4 day trip to Los Angeles. The house was clean and decorated super cute. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cute house

The house was perfect for what we needed it for! There were 2 families of 4 that stayed in the house/guest house. We stayed here because we went to Universal Studios and it was a 20 min drive away. The neighborhood was cute and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The parking was a little tight in the back of the property with 2 oversized vehicles and there was limited street parking, but we made it work! Overall it was a great house and location for the 8 of us!
