The apartment was right in Koreatown which we loved, close to wonderful restaurants and central to the places we wanted to visit. There was a reserved gated parking spot, the community was quiet, the apartment itself was comfortable and had the basic amenities. Communication with Cyndi was clear, prompt, and courteous. Overall, we it was a solid place to stay in LA.

I love this place!!! I can’t say enough about it! Cyndia, the host was gracious enough to accept my last minute booking when most host do not. When I got there, the apartment was very clean and very spacious for my family of 3. The apartment is beautiful and cozy and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is nice and friendly and it was quiet. Checking in and out process was easy and Cyndia replied back quickly. My overall experience was amazing due to the area and proximity to universal Studios! Might I add, the beds are very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom is spacious! Many food places around the area in Koreatown. I recommend booking this Apartment when you’re in the area! I will definitely book again as Cyndia was awesome to interact with and the apartment was beautiful. Thank you again!

Good spot to stay. Clean, tidy and climate cools well. Walkable to metro, good parking garage, and near the H-Mart for any groceries you might need.Makes you forget how dirty Los Angeles is.

Our stay was great. House was very cozy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, and the space throughout the place seemed just right. We only had two downsides. A couple of the cabinets within the kitchen, the hinges were not screwed in, so we had to be cautious when opening them. And a lot of the pans to use for cooking, the nonstick material on them had been chipped, so that left us with the concern that fragments of pan would wind up in our food.

Lack of communication

Can’t really say about the stay because I needed getting a refund. Spoke with host prior to coming a week or so before. When I got there was attempting to contact but never got a response until next day. Address on account had me thinking I was staying near the outlet posted but realized it was a dummy address I guess so people won’t know exactly where it is. It was an inconvenience honestly but made the best of my situation was able to be refunded but definitely did refund me for the headache or dent in my plans.

15 mins to USC

It was a comfortable stay while we visited our daughter at USC. We cooked for her 11 roommates and brought the food over to their house. I personally loved the table in the bedroom. So nice to be able to lay things out ie: skincare/makeup etc. The place was very clean, bathroom spacious, and communication was fast with the owner.

This was a perfect location for my girls getaway! We were close to amazing food and central to all the important LA neighborhoods we wanted to visit. The property itself was very clean! The host’s instructions were very clear to help us park in the designated parking. We had everything we needed and it felt as if we were at home. Highly recommend staying at this place!

Beautiful Apartment (but bring ear plugs!)

It’s very clean and has everything needed for a couple or family of 3. We appreciated the streaming apps and games provided. We felt safe inside the apartment and appreciated the parking place being secured. The only issues were external- the area didn’t feel safe enough to walk to a restaurant, there are very loud neighbors yelling all hours of the night and very loud birds gawking very early in the morning. Bring ear plugs and also a blindfold if you need complete darkness (light shines through the bedroom from the courtyard)!

Clean, convenient & cozy cozy

This place is as pictured. It is very clean. It’s close to restaurants. You feel very safe in this gated community. The place has a cozy ambiance to it. It is also very quiet. We will definitely be returning. The property manager is also very responsive.

My stay was a very unpleasant one from the start . I will elaborate. When me and my wife arrived from a long 5 hr drive we couldn’t get into the building because of a faulty code reader. We sat in the parking garage about 20 min trying to get in using the code provided with no luck. Tried to text and call the Vrbo owner with no luck due to the area had bad cell service. Eventually, a Tenant that lived there let us in and we made are way up to the unit. I was told in a text that there would be a key fob that we could use to get in and out of the building Long behold, there wasn’t one Eventually, the owner did contact me and apologize for the mishap that the cleaning lady took the key fob and she would contact her to get it. well, that didn’t happen. The owner, then later text me stating that we could use another gate to get into the building which was around the corner, which was a very inconvenient because you need to go to the other street from the parking. Other issues was that the building smell like cigarettes and marijuana. I’m not saying that this is the owner’s fault just when you post lush I expect lush. The complex itself was extremely noisy. The upstairs unit on the third floor, were extremely noisy, you can hear the kid screaming inside and outside. Also the window in the bedroom faces a lighted walk way which illuminates the bedroom and makes it very hard to sleep in. This should have had a darkening shade on it. So in all honesty this wasn’t a good stay.

Beautiful space and great location

Beautiful apartment and host is responsive. Location is also great. Close to many restaurants. Wifi didn't work too well so something to keep in mind if you're planning to do work from laptop. We enjoyed our stay in LA!

The apartment was the perfect place for 3 travelers. it was clean, beautifully furnished and had everything you need. The neighborhood was lovely and has a lot of nearby restaurants and great coffee spots!
