Everything was exactly as described. Proximity to Warner bros is great if you are taking the tour. We had a great time it’s a great area.

This property is a hidden gem! It was located ideally for our stay and very convenient to so many amenities, theme parks, and a nice selection of restaurants within a short drive. It was also very convenient to the Burbank airport. The off street parking was a plus. The property felt very safe. Was clean, and well maintained. We will definitely book again if we ever find ourselves back in the area. Easy access to major freeways without ever noticing that they are right there. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to any of our needs. Thank you and I hope we can return soon!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay steps away from the entrance to the Warner Bros. studio, which was perfect for our event! Would definitely stay there again

We loved our stay at the Universal Hideaway! This adorable unit had a vintage feel but with all of the modern conveniences we needed. The location was excellent- literally steps from Warner Bros, and just minutes from Universal, Hollywood, great restaurants and shopping, and all of the sites we came to see. Great, safe neighborhood on a street with minimal traffic. Beds were very comfortable; our teen slept on the pull out sofa bed all week, and really appreciated the memory foam mattress topper that made it super comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels provided, and it was convenient to have a washer/dryer to throw in a load if things ran low. We also enjoyed having our coffee in the private courtyard under the shade of citrus trees. Lovely place and we’d love to stay again someday!

The laundry service was very useful after a long day at the beach and after our hikes up the nearby mountains. Restful sleep was welcomed and available due to the peaceful surroundings as well as the perfect temperatures regulated by the quiet air conditioner. This will be our number one choice for our next visit to Burbank.

This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis!

The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's a cute little spot.

Location, location is really / minute from the Warners brother, absolutely our family’s favorite specially from a long day at The WB. Close to the Capital Grille. The room is spotless. And Kyla Griffith is so responsive🙏🙏🙏 We will definitely will come back🙏🙏🙏 Thanks

My wife and I were in town for the Gilmore Girl’s Event happening at WB studios. Not only was it a nice and cozy place, but it was a one minute walk to the studio, saving us time with parking in the garage. Hope we can stay again for the event next year. :)
