Everything from check in to check out was great!! House is as advertised and the views are exceptional. The property manager, Ray, met us there when we arrived to show us the house and where everything is located and how it works which was very helpful. Ray was there at checkout as well to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Ray, the property manager was wonderful. We stayed for the 2024 Thanksgiving week. The house was as advertised. The views were fantastic and close to Universal and Griffith Park. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. The published photos are accurate and do not provide justice to this awesome VRBO option.

Loved the views, the pool, and the theatre room. Would definitely recommend for a large group. The drive up can be intimidating but worth the initial discomfort. Uber eats worked great but also check out the professional kitchen if you’re up for it!

Family Vacation

My family of four and my sister-in-law’s family of five stayed in the villa for several days before heading down to Anaheim. We all wished we could have changed our plans to allow more days at the villa. It was amazing! The views are some of the best we’ve ever had during any of our stays in LA (or LA area). The villa was beautiful and provided plenty of space to explore and enjoy. We had two teenagers and three young adult children in our party and they loved it. We were able to get to all the tourist spots and to some of our favorite spots in Beverly Hills with no problems. Enjoyed walking to a few restaurants nearby. The hike to the observatory was great. It was a perfect stay! We’re saving the villa for next time.

Mansion on the Hill

We stayed at the house for three days and it is a spectacular house on an even more spectacular setting overlooking Los Angeles. It is magic at night. The house looks exactly like the pictures and it is meticulously kept. It is massive, very well decorated, and has all the extras including a gym, movie room, gameroom, and a bowling alley (which wasn't operating and locked as it was not functioning). Great place to rent and very well located not far from the Vermont and Hillhurst restaurants and Hollywood.

Great time in LA!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely, well maintained home. There was plenty of room and many activities for us to all enjoy our family time there. Family Road Trip 2023

This house is amazing and everything that is pictured. It’s about a 15 min hike to a great view of the Hollywood sign and the observatory. Unfortunately for us we didn’t realize that until it was a bit late for pictures. Anyways, this house is the right place if you want to be close to everything but still have a privacy. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Amazing location, amazing house. Loved that everything was provided in terms of cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, towels/beach towels etc. it made the stay really easy. Quick walk up to the observatory + other great views. Communication was great during check in and at check out. Felt very welcome!

First Class

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to downtown and Hollywood touristy places. This house is tucked away and just isolated enough to provide a fantastic retreat from the busy LA area. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the master and the top deck of downtown are beautiful. Plenty to do…watched a movie in the surround sound theater, cooked in the “chefs kitchen”, played in the pool, played pool, fuse ball, and ping pong, worked out in gym and the girls got their hair washed at the salon sink. More than we could have asked for!! Ray was quick to respond and make contact. Great hosts!! 5 star accommodations

Absolutely incredible

This was even better than the pictures, a perfect VRBO. The house is HUGE, has so many bathrooms, and has everything you'd possibly want for a group of people - games, a movie theatre, great view, pool, sound system, the whole nine yards. The location is amazing, we hiked directly to griffith observatory for a 40 min round trip "hike", and communication with Ray was excellent, friendly and helpful. We'd come back in a heartbeat. If you stay three nights, you also get a daily cleaning service, which just adds to feeling like you are in the best hotel. Thank you Ray and team!

Great Experience and Service

If you love walkable and cultural neighborhoods, this property is located in the heart of an upscale, yet down to earth location. The host manager and team are great! The house is amazing, with so many toys for adults and teenagers to enjoy. We made great memories playing pool, playing ping pong, watching movies, bowling, city gazing, and cooking together. The pizza oven makes me want one of my own! The property is beautiful and spacious and so many areas to hang out in. Great family getaway. My daughter is going to college next year, and it was an unforgettable experience to tour LA and southern CA and play together as a family. Thank you Ray and team!

Most entertaining home

Great home! Really enjoyed all the amenities you honestly need to stay at least a week to even use everything in the home it offers so much, never got a chance to use the theater room. My 2 year old did and she loved it :) the house is almost too big lol but if your staying with a big family it’s perfect! The secret door up to the master was my favorite part and it’s convenient to get down into the kitchen quicker, this home is one of a kind. The bowling is really fun as well, it did stop working but Ray the home manager was on top of everything and was right there to help with anything we needed. The daily maid service is very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again
