The House and property grounds were great and as listed, for the most part. Biggest failure was the property management team of Felipe and Leo @ Tiaco Mgmt. I rented the house to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Upon check in we found a swarm of ants in the game room. We called and texted Leo, no response. We wiped the ants up but they came back 3x! We call and text again, no response. We spent our first night going to CVS and buying ant spray. After using the spray, the life’s couldn’t use the game room due to the fumes. Once kids went down we wanted to use the hot tub but it wasn’t working. We were too tired and forgot to inform the host.The host responded the next morning stating he was on a flight and asked if the ant issue was resolved. If you have personal stuff going on then make arrangements so your guests have a point of contact!That afternoon 2 random guys came into the backyard while we were there. They stated they were there to fix the pool heater. Host didn’t give us a heads up and that was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Host knew heater wasn’t working and still failed to inform us veggie our stay!When we checked out I spoke with Felipe. He acknowledged that they dropped the ball and was extremely sorry. He said he would talk to the owner regarding some compensation for our troubles. It’s been 13 days, no response. I hope the owner is aware and fires this horrible mgmt company ASAP!!
