    The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and dining seating for the whole group. A separate media lounge with a sleeper sofa doubles as a flexible hangout or extra sleeping space.



    Three bedrooms offer a king, queen, and bunk bed. The 2.5 bathrooms include a bathtub for added comfort. Step outside to a private patio and fenced yard — pet-friendly, with dog beds and bowls available on request.



    Stay productive with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, or unwind with access to the onsite gym. Four parking spaces and in-unit laundry make longer stays effortless.



    Located minutes from Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and Culver City — with direct access to the 405 and a short drive to LAX.

    Mar Vista is one of West LA's most sought-after neighborhoods — relaxed, walkable, and perfectly positioned between the beach and the city. Venice Beach and the iconic Abbot Kinney Boulevard are just minutes away, offering world-class restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, and the famous Venice Boardwalk. Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade and Marina del Rey are equally close, and LAX is under 15 minutes. Whether you're here for surf, food, or exploring the creative heart of LA, this location puts you right in the middle of it all.



    Getting Around:

    PARKING:

    There are four (4) onsite parking spaces, all of which are uncovered. There is no covered parking available. In addition, free street parking is available with no permit required and no parking restrictions.



    Note: Please ensure all vehicles are parked only in the designated onsite parking spaces or permitted street parking areas to avoid any tickets, fines, or towing.



    Other Things to Note:

    HOUSE RULES:

    1. Guests must complete the third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.

    2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.

    3. No pets without prior written approval.

    4. Respect the property and the neighbors!

    We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

    Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.



    FAMILY & PETS:

    We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture, including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.



    EXTRA GUESTS:

    Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.



    VENDORS:

    Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.



    PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



    RESPECT:

    There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Enjoy the peaceful Mar Vista evenings and the quiet charm of this residential neighborhood.



    CHERISH:

    Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.



    CLEANING:

    Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!



    PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

    If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!



    WILDLIFE:

    While Los Angeles is a city, we do still have an array of wildlife amongst us. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.



    FIRE ZONE:

    Our home is located in a moderate Fire Hazard Severity Zone

    (VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.



    NO SMOKING:

    No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.



    BACKYARD FENCING:

    Our property does not have a backyard, but there is an enclosed outdoor patio, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.



    EV Charging: This property does not offer an on-site electric vehicle charging station. Guests may use nearby public charging options.
