Located in A+ area, Beverlywood adjacent / Pico Robertson, this house can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably & includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Game Console, AC / Heat and parking. We are only 5 minutes to Rodeo Dr. & very central to all sightseeing Los Angeles has to offer. (We are within 5-30 minutes to almost everything.) Walk to places of worship, markets and restaurants.

Excellent location, close to everything and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to nearby cafe’s as well as quick grocery needs. Host is very responsive, Thank you David. The unit is well kept and had the amenities that we were expecting.

The property was clean and easy to access. A small issue with the hot water was addressed quickly. Beds were comfortable and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit.

Conveniently around the corner from many of the kosher restaurants and synagogues. Also really great to have a place for kids to play.

Very nice property within walking distance to some great bakeries and a fantastic deli (Factor). We had a little miscommunication on the code to enter the gate, but after a few minutes texting with the property owner, it was all sorted out. Another issue we had, is the water heater died while my parents were taking showers, so they had to take cold showers. Again, after texting with the owner, we got that sorted out as well. Conveniently located near all Beverly Hills has to offer and easy drives to the film studios as well as Dodger Stadium. Well equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances.

Great place in quiet neighborhood!

Really lovely little home! We stayed 2 weeks and lived quite comfortably and enjoyed the nice kitchen for cooking and eating in. The location is amazing!

The unit was in great condition. It was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was nice to have 2 full bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry on site. Centrally located in Pico. It would have been nice if the unit was stocked with some basics like dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. The street that its on is a also a bit challenging - its narrow with lots of cars parked on the street which made it hard to back in and out of the driveway.

Great apartment!

Amazing place, clean and has a great location. Close to Beverly Hills and other attractions. Very safe and peaceful. The host is lovely and sweet and we enjoyed our time staying there.

This was a very clean updated home. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very good at communicating and addressing our questions. I have to note that the shower pressure in the showers was outstanding and there was plenty of hot water. I would stay at this property again!

The hosts responded to our queries right away, and were very welcoming. The unit is very functional, and we enjoyed our time there. We would suggest that the hosts consider installing dimming switches on the lighting, as it is very bright and rather clinical.

We stayed here for a week and loved the whole experience. Cute and quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near major places of interest. Lots of great food options nearby. Would definitely stay again

We would definitely recommend this property. It was close to everything in LA and we even had a driveway to park in. We never ate in the kitchen but if you are planning to do so, it is bare bones! Most of the cabinets are empty. We did have a hot water issue but it was quickly resolved by turning the tankless water heater switch off then back on.

The property is located in a safe, family orientated neighborhood and very close to Beverly Hills. The inside is very cute and comfortable and the beds extremely comfy. Definitely lots of kosher foods-yummy!
