Here’s a clean, natural rewrite that keeps your tone but flows a bit better:The room was exactly as pictured—no surprises. Parking was tight but also can easily park nearby without issue if the lot is full. The room was spotless and stocked with all the essentials like quality soap, a microwave, small toaster oven, and a Keurig. The location is great, and it’s actually more spacious than you’d expect, especially for a couple.My lady and I really loved the overall vibe too. The fire pits were a highlight, and the onsite support was excellent—shoutout to Patricia for helping us get everything set up.Easily a 10/10, no exaggeration.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience. Host was very rude and not responsive to our issues. The sheets had multiple stains on them and hair was found on the sheets. We were greeted with an unpleasant musty smell upon arrival. We also has issues with the water not getting warm enough.

I enjoyed my stay and timely communications with the host. Aside from the little bit of noise from the upstairs neighbor in the middle of the night, my stay was pleasant. And it was close to wonderful shops and restaurants on 4th st.

the easiest check in/out process i’ve ever experienced, neighbors seemed nice. only 15 minute walk from alamitos beach, close to bus stops if you’re taking public transit, too. we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but the host was very responsive to any questions we had and it was a cute little one bedroom. careful on the way out of the bathroom lol

The space was really nice. The location was great. The only downside is the neighbors. The people upstairs sound like they were moving furniture the whole weekend we were there and the bathroom tub was dirty but everything else was great

Close to the beach and nice restaurants

Came for a scientific conference and was able to walk to the convention center along the beach. Very nice.

The host was very quick for assistance/responses. The unit was clean and tidy. The bed is incredibly comfy. The bathroom is an awkward step up into the room with a bit of a slippery surface. Broken sliding door - you could only use one side. The ONLY reason for my low rating (which would have been 5 stars) is because I was greeted by three cockroaches. I didn't bring anything in the unit for fear of taking them back with me. I left all the lights on... and saw another two in the morning.

Was not sanitary. Got bit by mosquitos and wife is severly allergic. Did not stay there had to pay for another hotel and they did not offer refund and stopped communicating. On top of the condition of tje rental the ad itself is false advertisemnt it is nowhere near walking distance to the beach or shops. Worst experience we have ever had on vrbo do not stay at this location put your money elsewhere

Disapointing stay

rental not as enjoyable as it could have been. Paper thin walls and angled step into the bathroom was a little hard to get into. Check in info and parking info was a little lacking as we had to search for all the info.

Great condo!

This is a great little place. The neighbors are friendly and its a good central location. So happy we had a designated parking spot. The upstairs neighbor is a bit noisy, at times felt intentional, but it did not bother us, was kinda funny. I brought a hair blow dryer not knowing if there was a defuser but there is, leave your hair dryer at home.

Close Enough for Walking

This little apt was close enough to walk to the Marina Green festival both days. This rental has parking, you really need it. The street is packed. It's a one way street and very narrow. Don't bring a big truck or car. We enjoyed our stay but could have had a more comfortable couch.

Enjoyable weekend!

my husband and I stayed for a 3 day weekend and it was a great location for us! We used scooters and uber/lyft to get around as my husband has some mobility issues, but there was also a good chunk of things close enough to still walk. The bathroom sink needs to be unclogged because it immediately becomes full, but otherwise the place was in great condition per the photos. we were able to check in about 2 hours early which was a huge surprise and favor to us for landing early! we’ll definitely look to stay here again! I wish there was a bit more privacy with the doors, but you can hear everything, including neighbors.
