The restful bedrooms feature breathtaking views, custom interior shutters and queen sized beds with award winning Saatva mattresses and linen sheets. A must stay in Thousand Oaks! Pictures don’t give the views justice. Amazing views of the mountains, perfect size for families and easy access to freeways and local grocery and food options. Would 1000% recommend and stay again next time in southern cal.

Communication with Roland the host was excellent! Property fit the description well and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking, grilling, and fully utilizing the outdoor living space. The jacuzzi and views all around were simply magnificent!!

Thank you Roland, your house was immaculate clean, beautiful high ceilings, nice updated ADU, beautiful kitchen, two bedrooms (one on each separate side) and the unbelievable beautiful views outside in the backyard was a big bonus! The jacuzzi was so nice to relax after a long drive. We will stay here again once we return to LA area!

The pictures in the VRBO posting accurately reflect the the property. I especially enjoyed sitting on the mountain view patio to read or just enjoy the sunshine!.Did some hiking during our stay and especially appreciated the hot tub after walking up and down the mountains. Overall a GREAT experience!!

Roland's ADU Guest Cottage is a solid 10 out of 10! We were having work done on our home nearby and had to be out for 3 nights. We were thrilled to find this gem so close by!Everything is virtually brand new and 1st class. Great view from the patio and Jacuzzi, well-equipped kitchen with all the accessories you'll need and 2 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds with lovely linens. Though the cottage is very close to the main house it feels extremely private. This is the perfect spot for a family visiting Thousand Oaks and is especially convenient for anyone visiting CLU or attending graduation services.Thanks Roland!

Fantastic space, absolutely stunning, the design was amazing, art was perfect, and the sunset view was beautiful and location was great and surroundings were quiet! Roland, the host was very responsive, pleasant, and accommodating in the planning process. I will definately be back and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
