“Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. “This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very private. Lovely nature all around. Hot tub was hot and perfectly functional. Grill was clean and also functioned well. Washer and dryer clean and newer model. We would for sure stay here again if in the area! Host was always prompt to respond and informative.”

“The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay!”
